   The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the food was so delicious. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!

   It may have been that it was just the Christmas period, but for a restuarant that wasn't that busy, the service was pretty bad as the waiting staff seemed non-visible even though I counted 5 waiters. When we did finally get attended to, the staff were all lovely. The food was lovely however, I ordered a set menu-type item and they forgot to bring half of it out, giving us a dessert menu halfway through. After checking, I realised I'd not had everything and was offered to have the rest or have it as a takeaway, meaning I had to lug half my dinner around afterward, the latter of which I opted for as my son had finished his already. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and I'd give them the benefit of the doubt for the service due to the time of year, so would definitely give them a go again as my son loved it!

   Service was slow despite restaurant not being full and food was tasteless. It is usually very good so surprising it was very bland this time.

   Been to Sticks and Sushi dozens of times since moving to the area a number of years ago. Food has become less appetising especially with this last menu change. Took 45 minutes to just get our sushi and then another 15 for the sticks we ordered. Just needs a tightening.

   A mixed evening at Sticks’n’sushi. For the positives, the food was fantastic, our servers were lovely and the manager who dealt with our issue was incredibly professional and courteous. The venue is in a great location and the atmosphere in the restaurant is modern with a traditional feel. The negatives: Having requested to move from our original table that we were seated at, there was then a bit of musical chairs where they moved us again having by then settled in. Once seated, our servers were prompt in taking our order and delivering drinks. We were pushed for time as we had a show to attend and after 50 mins with no food delivered and other later arriving tables already eating, we made mention to the server who said there had been a system issue which meant our food had never been ordered. Our food was then prioritised and we had to scoff our meal in 10 mins before leaving for the show. This understandably was a shame as the sushi was outstanding and we’ll be sure to return to enjoy the moment without time pressure! I made mention of our poor service to our server and she asked a manager to come and see us. The manager was lovely and sorted out our concerns. Would recommend a visit

   Beautiful surroundings and good food but non existent service. Took 20 min to get water on the table and the food stood ready on the counter for 25 min before someone showed up and took it to the table. No one cleared the table. At the end we went to the bar to pay. Never got the chance to order dessert. No one ever came to the table for us or the other tables nearby. The other guests left too, and we all met up at the corner ice cream bar for dessert
