   This wasn’t my first time at the restaurant, and while the food and the table service remain impeccable as ever, I was sorely disappointed with the chaos at the reception. The management clearly overbooked the restaurant for Valentine’s Day and my partner and I were left waiting standing for over 30 minutes despite arriving right on time. Not acceptable.

   Our meal wasn’t up to the usual standard at Sticks n Sushi. The restaurant was freezing cold, the service was incredibly slow, the food was not as good as it usually is and part of our meal didn’t arrive. They offered it to us at 10.30pm but we’d arrived at 8.15 and were just ready to go by this point. Whenever we’ve been before food and service have been perfect but this time we were disappointed.

   Nice table but restaurant very busy, music playing was way too loud and service not great during this visit, it usually is perfect. Some items took so long to arrive that a waiter advised us after an hour and a half that they would need the table back in five minutes. I pointed out that we were still waiting for half our dishes. Clearly they had been forgotten as our waiter returned to all what we hadn't yet received. So annoyed as I forgot to ask to have service charge removed from bill as it wasn't deserved at all.

   Great lunch at sticks n sushi. We came here purposefully on a Thursday at lunch time as we have a newborn and a dog, and we had a wonderful time! Staff as always excellent, food was superb with a special menu for valentine's day, and we were seated comfortably so that we had space for the pram and out occasionally crying baby.

   Food was good, restaurant was freezing cold and therefore the food got cold quickly, no ability to enjoy it slowly. Shame because the food was tasty.

   It was amazingly beautiful! The food is absolutely delicious, the service was top notch and the ambiance was perfect for the relaxing evening out. We will definitely have to go back 🥳

   I’ve been a sticks and sushi costumer for a long time but unfortunately the level has massively dropped. We ordered the mini maki maki set and the ebi rolls were chewy and felt old. Service was lovely though!

   Apart of the tables to close together, everything else was as I expected. I would come back but perhaps ask for table away from the kitchen area.

   Great 10th birthday dinner for our son! Staff were so kind and helpful, food excellent as always and they put candles in and set out the birthday cake I'd bought beautifully! Thank you very much 😊

    Had a gorgeous date here with my partner! the food was incredible- we had the 'Set For Success' which was the perfect set menu and definitely worth the price! The drinks were delicious and there was a lot of variety on the menu which we loved. Special thanks to Barthva for accommodating our request and being so sweet during our visit! Truly made the experience a good one!! All of the servers on shift were attentive and amazing!
