   Service was poor enough..we asked for ketchup when the burger arrived...dinner was finished and ketchup still hadn't arrived. One servers id tag was hanging into food he was serving

   I brought my 91 year old mother for dinner here and everything was very accessible for her from the front door of the hotel to the restaurant. From the moment we arrived we were treated really well by all staff, the greeting we received at the restaurant was so friendly and all staff were exceptionally welcoming. The food was amazing, we both had the beer battered fish with chips and it was the nicest we've had to date. Desert was amazing and we left for our trip to the theatre full to the brim. The prices are very reasonable but if I was to have one criticism it would be for the condition of the table. There was several deep scratches on the surface which took from the beautiful decor of the restaurant, condition of the table definitely was not 4 star. Other than that one little hitch everything else was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

   Great place for a pre theatre dinner. Lovely food and very friendly helpful staff. Thomas and his team went above and beyond to make it a very special occasion. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you.

   Overall everything was lovely apart from when we finished our main course. 3 out of the 5 of us ordered a dessert and our dinner plates were never picked up from our table. Once our dessert came, it was placed beside the empty dinner plates and the staff left them there. This was not acceptable. Service was quite slow and this was poor. However every course was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

   Can’t fault the staff. Excellent service. Starter & Dessert were very nice. Main courses not fresh, cafeteria reheated style food. very limited choice,

   Enjoyed a lovely meal in Stir after a matinee show in the nearby Bord Gais theatre. The food was really good and the service from the restaurant manager and our lovely friendly waitress was excellent.

   Thomas was out server and he was charming and funny. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning. He also organised an anniversary surprise for our table. The food was exactly what we ordered and cooked beautifully. We were staying at the hotel so it was really convenient to use the restaurant and we weren't disappointed.
