   Excellent brunch! The Lobster Benedict is insanely good, and the service was top notch! Was an excellent stop before heading to the Symphony.

   We celebrated my husband’s 38th birthday here in Charlotte and his bday dinner at STK sealed it for us! The food was AMAZING and our waitress Jennifer was bomb! The music was EVERYTHING!

   Second time going since they opened 1 year ago - when they just opened wasn’t great - wanted to give them a second chance. Wasn’t a great second chance - we had to order apps and dinner at the same time (in a nice restaurant they should be able to figure it out) apps were ok - all the food was tasty but came out lukewarm - and one of the 4 dinners came out 5 minutes after the first meals - they left out a side - the fork and knife’s stuck to the table and was very expensive for the experience. I’ve been to other STKs - it’s an experience- this one isn’t

   I had a good 1st experience. I celebrated my birthday with a few friends. I had the braised short rib which was amazinggggg. I cleaned my entire plate. My friends had the lobster linguini and it was delicious. The food and service was the best. My only complaint was it being able to use the birthday special that was advertised on social media. I showed the screenshot that I took of the post (which is what it said to do) and I showed my waiter but she informed me that it was only for the month that it was posted in which didn’t make sense. I wish I would’ve been able to apply that social media birthday post to my meal and that would’ve made my experience a little better.

   Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Low quality food for fine dining prices. This seems to be an “influencer” restaurant. The music is so loud you’d think you were eating dinner in the middle of the club. The restaurant is beautiful but food, service, and experience were very very bad. My husband and I love fine dining and high quality dining experiences and we’re excited to try it- my lobster wasn’t even cooked and the 6oz filet I ordered was MAYBE 4oz and was either overworked or previously frozen. Stay clear of this place….

    Everything was amazing! I wish the prices would acclimate with their food. The food was amazing just not worth the price. Overall, it was a good time we had at STK.
