   Our service was great, the food was good but I have definitely had better. I did not care for how they wanted us to give the whole order all at once (instead of ordering our appetizer then coming back for our entree order they had us order everything at one time, which to me felt like a rush because we wouldn't have received our appetizer until we had our entree picked out). In order for us to get bread it had to be requested, not given upon getting our drinks. Lastly the bill we had to give them the tip amount prior to paying (or at least that what was stated to us). They entered the amount in their portable pay system and that was done.

   Everything was great. Duncan was excellent and made excellent recommendations regarding the food and cocktails. The food and drinks were delicious. Two complaints: we spent over $300 and did not receive a visit from a manager. We visit upscale restaurants, all of the time and management acknowledgment is ALWAYS a plus. We were celebrating a birthday and was told they do not give birthday cakes, but they give champagne. We never received it, but we realized Duncan had 4 tables. The manager never came to say happy birthday as we have experienced in other fine dining restaurants The furniture where we sat was torn and cracked. Several of the booths had torn seats. This is not appealing at all. The place is too beautiful for those noticeable imperfections. All in all, on a scale of 1-5, I'd give it a 4.5... BUT DUNCAN 5 STARS!

   I went with a friend, we both got 2 drinks a piece, 1 appetizer and our entrees. I got the braised short rib, I’ve had better. Somehow the short rib was dry yet like warm. Should I have sent it back? Yes, but I didn’t want to be a bother (my mistake). My friend ordered the 10 oz ribeye filet cooked medium. It came out inedible so she sent it back. Our server was very good and the drinks were good. Our tab (tip included) came out to around $320. I definitely don’t think STK was worth that so I won’t be back. Maybe it was just a bad night but for that price they should not be having bad nights. It was an okay experience I won’t be back though. The redeeming qualities were our drinks & our server Mike.

   Had a birthday dinner last night for my boyfriend and our 6 friends came to celebrate with us. The food was great! Drinks were good but we were charged for 2 drinks that we didn’t order and I brought it to our waiter’s attention and he said that he would correct it but didn’t. Also it was items added to our bill that didn’t belong to us either. Also I do not like the fact that we had to do our own itemization and calculate what we each ordered in order to pay. That needs to be changed to were the restaurant should do it for paying customers. But other than the extra items that were added to our bill and being overcharged STILL!! Our experience was goo.

   Overall experience was okay, definitely think the food was way overpriced for what you get and not being able to modify many things. My girlfriend is lactose and couldn’t change the dishes which I don’t think accommodates for not only her but many other people as well.

   The food is VERY EXPENSIVE and the portions are small. One piece of octopus was $32...that's A LOT! Overall it was just OK and I won't be going back. Didn't realize it was a club/restaurant with a DJ? Maybe I'm old, but I don't want to hear a remix of EVERY SONG. Can't we just play some songs the way they were written.....without mixing it??

   Great dinning experience, loved the DJ and the vibe. My date and I had a fantastic time, the food was excellent.

   We live in the city but have never visited STK. We had a reservation for 7pm and when we arrived, this huge restaurant was empty. Our waitress was great and very attentive. My wife and I both ordered steaks and they were very overcooked. We ordered 2 sides; Mac and cheese and tater tots. The Mac and cheese was extremely bland and we didn’t finish it. The tater tots were the best part of our meal but at $310 I would have preferred a good steak. For desert we ordered the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and I’m almost certain that it was just a warmed up toll house cookie. The restaurant never really got busy. With so many great steak options in Dallas, I don’t see us returning.

    Went to STK lastnight for the first time and I absolutely loved it,service and food were top tier and the vibe was everything Definitely will be going back and if you haven't been check it out
