   Granted it was New Year’s Eve but we were in a side room away from the main are and DJ. Very noisy with people not music. Waiter was great but service slow. Even drinks. And $25 a cocktail is silly. My whiskey was full of ice and maybe 3 sips for $25. Prob won’t go again

   This place is Overpriced and overrated. Service was basic and all the sides taste exactly same (cheese sauce).

   Food was incredible, what a wonderful way to spend New Year’s Eve!! It was disappointing that we had a 6:30 reservation and were not sat until 7:15 but otherwise a great experience.

   I booked a reservation here for NYE, the server was amazing. Our steaks were all under cooked or served over cooked and cold. I know it’s NYE so this didn’t bother us too much. It was the fact that my table spent over $1000, ordered drinks all night and towards the end of the night, right after we paid, we decided to get a few pictures before heading out. A server or manager came over to us saying “I’m just going to say it, we need this table. You have to leave. You’ve been here for 3 hours”. For a reservation that we booked and paid for. There was no rule saying we needed to be out by a certain time, especially if we were still ordering drinks. We were kicked out and treated so poorly after a mediocre experience that we were willing to look past.

   Excellent meal and service. Dined on 12/30/2024 had the steak special for $69 and was amazed of the quality , started off with appetizers and main course of NY and Porterhouse was cooked to perfection , will go again soon

   Amazing service, Ryan Dane! He managed our food allergies thoughtfully and without issue, and was just super fun to interact with. Food was amazing-cocktails delish, Brussels sprouts to die for, and the steak, top notch! And my 20 something kiddos raved about the play list! Great ambience, service, and food. A wonderful experience overall!!!

   Made a last minute Christmas evening reservation for four (9:15p). Sat at a high-top vs. a table which was strike one. Steaks were exceptionally expensive, which i don’t mind spending for quality. Delmonico ($117) was undercooked and quite fatty. One filet was overcooked and sent back, only to come back out just prior to dinner being complete. Service was very good, although a bit disappointed something wasn’t comped for the inconvenience (I wasn’t expecting them to comp a $100 steak, but something). As a frequent higher-end restaurant patron, I’ll think twice before giving STK - Denver another shot.

   Ryan D was a great server. We just wished we were able to get seated a regular table versus the high tops even with a reservation

   The service was fantastic. The food was incredible, albeit pricey. The music was fun, just a little too loud, but it felt totally appropriate for the downtown scene. I recommend STK and I’d go again.

    I’ve been to STK in San Francisco so I was excited to try their Denver restaurant. Never again. The noise level was ridiculous. It felt like being in a nightclub. We were seated at 7:25 for a 7pm reservation and didn’t get our food until 8:40. When it came it was awful. We ordered prime rib, medium rare, and it arrived well done. Extremely disappointing experience. Definitely will not be going there again. The only upside was that they did comp our meals but since it was Xmas Day we’d have much rather have had good food and service.
