   I made a resevation, after half an hour they took me to my table in a balcony with no one else, a little abandoned

   Service just sub par… painfully slow. Super slow service / dessert on table with Oysters??!! Food took 45 minutes to come out Drinks took 10-15 Lotta servers… back of house problems

   I don’t need rap music playing while paying for a $400 dinner. The music significantly decreases the experience. Not only is the genre choice poor, it’s too loud to talk. We won’t be back.

   1 hour to get bar service. 2 hours to get food service. Food orders were incorrect. When we complained, our server told us we were “being rude”. Prices were very high for the food provided. My recommendation: Avoid STK

   Went here with my wife for dinner mid week....seated promptly, nice table, and were attended to by our waiter quickly...ordered drinks and apps and they came out quickly...the problem came with our main course...steaks from the menu were ordered but we waited an unusually long time...almost a half hour...our waiter and the manager came over a few times during that time, apologized and said the food would be right out, but still we waited..when we finally did get the main course the steaks were undercooked and we had to send them back. When this was corrected things were fine. We did receive apologies at the end of our meal and there was a discount taken off the final bill. All in all, outside of the kitchen snag it was a good experience (we weren't in any rush), but the kitchen inefficiencies should be noted.

   The food was very good as well their happy hour menu, which we order from both the regular and happy hour menu, service was good as well

   We have been multiple times and it seems to be a consistent trend that even though you have a reservation and there are multiple empty tables they choose to make you wait at least 20 minutes passed your reservation time. This is very frustrating especially during happy hour when you have a limited amount of time. Also food size is much smaller than it was even a month ago. We love the atmosphere but have been very disappointed.
