Street Disco is a constantly evolving restaurant and natural wine bar by Rising Star Chef Kyle Christy and his team. Starting as a pop up and becoming an industry favorite all over Portland Street Disco finally opened their doors in the Fall of 2022 in the Foster-Powell neighborhood of Portland.

Menu changes frequently, expect oysters, plenty of veggies, tinned fish, rotating meat dishes and plenty of things grilled over charcoal. Natural wines from all over the world rotate their way through our glass pour and bottle list as well as seasonally driven cocktails and house made kombucha.

Our food and wine are curated but the vibes are always welcoming. The playlist is always a highlight. Check for our frequent pop-ups and collabs.

Chef: Kyle Christy
General Manager: Maya Carlile
Wine Director: Ang D'Occhio
Sous Chef: Bakari Berry

Worth the drive is you can get there in under an hour. For Oregonians , this is a foreign concept, but for people that want good food, nothing but a thang.

I have been here for dinner twice before, this was my first time for brunch. It did not disappoint. Wonderfully delicious and our waiter was a total gem. Will be back!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Street Disco, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. To kick off the evening, the staff treated my husband and me to a complimentary glass of bubbly, which was a lovely touch. The drinks we ordered were also excellent, well-crafted and refreshing. For the main course, I had the rib, and it was nothing short of a dream. It was cooked to perfection--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My husband had the octopus, which he also thoroughly enjoyed, cooked just right with a great balance of texture and seasoning. However, we did have one issue--the carpaccio we had as a starter. Unfortunately, it had a strong, off-putting smell that didn't sit well with us, and we both felt a bit uneasy afterward. It was the only downside of an otherwise wonderful meal. The service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance of the restaurant really added to the celebration. It's a fun, vibrant space that sets a great mood for dining out. Despite the small hiccup with the carpaccio, we had a memorable evening, and I'd definitely return.

Our server was great! So sweet and welcoming. :) The acoustics were pretty bad in there. My friend and I were having a hard time hearing each other without speaking loudly and it made it difficult to feel comfortable having a conversation that other people wouldn't be able to hear. The other patrons certainly were not yelling, and yet it was a cacophony of noise. The food and drinks were pretty damn delicious, but the portions were on the small side for the price. I would have liked for my meal to be about 25% larger than it was, so I felt a little full but didn't have leftovers. I had the St Griddle and it even comes on a tiny plate, that's how small it is. I'll definitely go back and try other things on the menu since it was a nice treat, but it's definitely not a "go there every week" place unless you live in the neighborhood and make more than the average income.

Love this place. The food was amazing. Love the small plates menu to share. You get to try lots of dishes that way. Went there for my birthday and they were so accommodating. Had an 830 reservation but they were able to get us in earlier and sat us in the bar area, which was quieter than the restaurant. Service was excellent as well as the food. Don’t miss experiencing street disco.

What a terrific spot! It was our first time dining here but it most definitely will not be our last! The vibe is cool/hip but totally welcoming—good tunes playing and comfy banquette seating. And the food was outstanding: chewy sourdough with a spicy tapenade, fried brussel sprouts, roasted winter squash with pepper jelly, fried boar ribs with a Calabrian chile kick, seared octopus—every bite was a winner. And then: the Basque cheesecake. Zowie.

What a perfect date night at the chefs counter. Gluten and milk allergies were accommodated with care. Explored pork, oysters, and vegetable dish. All were incredible and ingredients and flavors honored well. We will definitely be back for dinner and also look forward to coming for brunch.
