   As a traveler from Cincinnati to Miami, I am always looking for the next best restaurant in the cities that I visit. I stumbled upon the Stubborn Seed on the Michelin list and upon further research, I knew I had to give it a try. I was very relieved to find out they were open on a Monday evening. I sat at the bar alone and I had opted for the higher end 10 course tasting menu. The bartender was very attentive, witty, and friendly. The courses came out in a perfectly times manner. My sage cocktail was fantastic. Let’s get to the food. Each course had a gorgeous, clean presentation. Everything was absolutely delicious. Some dishes were so creative and you could taste the quality of the vegetables in each dish. I also appreciated the different textures. I could tell every single dish was very well thought out. I wish they sold a pint of that heirloom tomato sorbet… wow! Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience. With one Michelin star, I expected the best food and service and I absolutely received that. I would love to return in the summer as the menu changes with the seasons. Thanks so much for having me!    Second time visiting Stubborn Seed. Inventive menu utilizing the kind of ingredients you hope to enjoy at a restaurant of this caliber. Service was friendly and attentive. Experience of +\- 3 hrs for 8 courses on a Monday felt slow as opposed to leisurely and the space is very loud even though it wasn’t full, but overall it was an enjoyable experience.

   Great restaurant!! Food and service was outstanding, but portions could be a little bigger. I ate three slices of pizza when i got home

   Awesome food, beautifully displayed and served. Quite a unique dining experience and a voyage to that treats the taste buds. Small portion sizes - as they should be for a tasting menu.

   Stubborn Seed is one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Every dish was incredibly well composed and thought out. The drinks and pairings were well done, and the space is very charming. Overall, would highly recommend!

   An incredible experience start to finish. Every aspect of each expertly crafted dish is considered meticulously with unbelievable artistry, creativity and the absolute best ingredients. Service is impeccable. The caliber of hand crafted cocktails and excellent wine list compliments the food perfectly. The ambience and music set just the right vibe for this totally immersive and exciting dining experience. A must do every time we come to Miami!!

   This was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had. Every course was memorable on its own, and even better with the wine paired alongside it. I can’t emphasize enough how delicious each dish was made with mind bending creativity to surprise you with familiar flavors that make you feel like the universe put you right where you need to be. Can’t wait to go back when I’m in Miami Beach again. Bravo to the entire staff! Everyone was very welcoming, kind and attentive. Had so much fun sitting at the bar! Cheers!

   Suffice to say that Stubborn Seed is at the top of my list as far as favorite restaurants! I had been to Stubborn Seed a number of times before and I had business associates in town - none of which had ever been to the restaurant. I set up a reservation for the tasting experience for a table of 6 & when we got there -- they sat us at the chefs table with an amazing view into the kitchen! I can't even begin to describe how much everyone in my party enjoyed the experience, from the absolutely delicious food, to the perfectly paired wine (as we also did the wine pairing) to the fantastic service! Our host / main waiter, Stephen did an incredible job! And as always the descriptions of each dish that was brought out was very informative and added to the enjoyment! We had such a great time that we probably got a bid loud - as we were laughing enjoying each others company, telling stories and just savoring the incredible experience! The waiters / hostesses / servers all put up with our boisterous nature and even got into pictures with us! I really can't put into words that would adequately describe the evening. Maybe it's just best to say it was PERFECT! If you are in the Miami area - Stubborn Seed is a MUST SEE destination!     An Outstanding dining experience , taste menu got incrementally better with each course, contrast of wonderful flavors, sweet, acidic, hot, creamy, that worked surprisingly well together. Service was steady pace , informative, and included heavy use of local farm produce their own farm… this was a 1st taste menu experience for some friends and 1 they will defo not forget… great dining Theater and experience
