    Service is lacking. Good food but French fries were cold. Yuk. All food arrived on time but wait staff doesn’t follow up, no water refills or utensils. You have to keep asking. The employees there seem as if they hate their job.

    Extremely under staffed!! Waiter did best he could wasn't his fault. Food was cold but didn't say anything because would have taken too long. Dessert was a skillet cookie on top was a very hard donut that was not edible. Like I said not blaming waiter he was polite and tried his best. It was my daughter's bday which I told restaurant while making reservation and I had to remind waiter. I visited a Sugar Factory in CT and experience was completely different. It being a new establishment the bathrooms were dirty and looks like it has been there for much longer.

    I was a little nervous given the mixed reviews I read previously but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food and drinks was impressive and our server was fantastic. It was a special occasion for us and I'm not sure we would go back because of the cost and time to travel into Boston but I'd encourage others to give it a shot. We went on a Monday night which helped a lot too since the crowds were low in town.

    Went on a Wednesday, we celebrated my daughter's birthday at the restaurant , which was pleasantly quiet, allowing us to enjoy a more intimate dining experience. The food was exceptional; however, I found the prices to be quite steep. Our bill totaled $200 for two specialty drinks, a platter, 16 wings, and fries, which seemed excessive. Nevertheless, the quality of the food was remarkable, and my daughter was delighted by the restaurant's aesthetics, making the experience worthwhile overall.

    Overly priced in my opinion, it’s overacted. Our server was very nice, place got busy and he was only one but he still did well.

    Loved it went for my daughter’s 9th birthday. She had the best time! The food, atmosphere, music and vibe was a 9 year olds dream! Our waiter was fantastic!
