   Average experience. Service was so slow. Hostesses and servers didn’t seem to want to be there. Took way too long for tables to be cleaned when there was a long line of people waiting to be seated. Ambiance was not what we expected.

   One of my daughters friends is gluten free and it was surprising the menu does not indicate allergens so it was a little hard to navigate that. Wait staff was great ! Ambience is great! Pricey but a fun treat.

   absolutely trash. no way in hell it should be above 4 stars, and even around the high 3s. 1st, Food. Flamin hot mac and cheese bites were frozen and reheated. Got the smashed Cheesy burger and the cheedder cheese didnt even fall down from the top of the burger, it stayed on top like it was about-to-crust type cold. We got a watemelon goblet, after about 10 minutes the watermelons became rock solid and the actual juice became a slushie and was uneatable. 2nd, Service. It was my girlfriends birthday saturday the 7th, and i wanted to take her somewhere nice, ended up choosing sugar factory. I BOOKED a WEEK ago for 8pm on the 7th. Didnt get seated till 8:25, and was seated at a 4 person table. Had to get a resolution. I talked with a manager and all of a sudden there was a 2 person table upstairs that they could move us to.. after we sat down and ate and got finished we obviously didnt touch most of our food, and were visably upset. Waiter just wanted us out and didnt question anything like the poor staff they have. If you think I'm lying or exaggerating, go check it out and give me a like when you know I'm not lying.

   Food was semi warm, mac and cheese balls were cold. The bubbly drinks were to sweet and they were not how the picture looked in the menu, nor did they have certain things that went into the drink. Instead of the waiter coming over and explaining what's missing and would you like something else, he just said we ran out after being asked why it looks how it looks. The chicken startler was over cook, mac and cheese tasted salty and looked like kraft mac. I was super excited to come here, but it was nothing I excepted it to be. The one in Foxwoods was way better and more friendly. Not to mention the parking, it's horrible. Definity not coming back.

   Food was great, staff is perfect. I ordered the elf drink and it was straight syrup/undrinkable; a let down considering the price. Always brought the kids when they were younger, not the right atmosphere for them anymore as teens.

   Literally a ghost town. Upstairs bar was not open. Too short on servers. Our waiter took our order and we didn’t see them again until we were ready to leave. Highly overrated! Bi energy in the place at all. No wonder they can’t get customers on a Friday night in December! Sad

   Loved the style of this restaurant, but everything is ridiculously overpriced. I would never eat there again. It’s mediocre bar food at best. I ordered a margarita pizza and I had to send it back because it came out cold. It’s an esthetically pleasing place you should go to when you want to splurge on a $30+ dessert and take a fun picture.

   just keep in mind there are children dining as well and it is call the Sugar Factor our waiter was very pleasant and polite his job became little busy the food is delicious I had the fish sandwich fries and onion rings all was warm and delicious wasn’t much of a wait for our food the strawberry milk shake was delicious as well order smart and your bill will be tolerated good portions of food and the drinks I say around me where huge and decorated with lots of candy & edible decor
