The hostess didn’t greet us. After we were seated, no one came by to greet us or offer water for over 15 minutes.

Came here for a birthday party for family visiting from Michigan We were not disappointed! Fun time. Great food. Julio was our server. He was awesome!! The birthday celebration was perfect for our 11 year old. But perfect for adults. Outstanding service. Will be back soon.

Our food took a long time and it wasn't busy on a Sunday afternoon. Fun for kids but stupid expensive.

We made a reservation to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday, and while the hostess was friendly and seated us promptly—providing my daughter with a balloon—the experience quickly took a turn. Our server greeted us right away and took our drink order; our sodas arrived quickly, but the special drink took longer than expected. During our wait, we visited the restroom, which was surprisingly neglected for a daytime visit. One stall was out of toilet paper, and the other had peeling wallpaper and a generally rundown appearance. The real issue arose when, despite having a 2 PM reservation, our food still hadn't arrived by 2:45. We had only ordered wings, a Caesar salad, and a bowl of tomato soup, so the wait felt especially frustrating. After waiting longer than anticipated, we decided to ask for the check, which took another 10 minutes to receive. We were offered a few apologies and explanations from both our server and the hostess—one mentioned that our food had been prepared incorrectly, while another said our ticket had been cleared, meaning we wouldn’t be getting our meals. What was really upsetting, though, was the lack of urgency in addressing the situation. Instead of taking action to get our food out quickly or offering a solution, they just kept repeating their apologies and explaining why we hadn’t received our food. To make matters worse, my daughter was excited to order a drink with cotton candy but was told they were out. However, we noticed a nearby table being served that very drink. I asked the hostess if we could simply get a piece of cotton candy to go, as my daughter was quite upset about the delay in our food and the missed dessert celebration. Unfortunately, the hostess struggled to locate the cotton candy source for the other table, and we ended up leaving with my daughter in tears. Adding to our disappointment, we celebrated her 4th bday there last year and we had a fabulous time so we were all very let down by our 2nd experience.

What we thought would be a fun and cute experience turned into an over priced experience. My Ceasar salad had no croutons and when I asked for croutons I was told they were making them. After finishing my salad, no croutons. My sisters’s salsa for her quesadilla had hairs in it. We ordered milkshakes that contained caramel sauce, no caramel but they never bothered telling us they were out. This place is not worth the hype. It was dirty inside and extremely loud.

This location is very run down. Service was terrible. Front area where all the candy is kept looked like it had been abandoned. NO WORKING RESTROOMS. You have to leave the restaurant and walk down the street per their directions. If you want to dine hood rat style this is the place for you!

Restaurant was dirty and smelled bad. The service was very poor, and took more than 45 minutes just to serve our drinks. We had to ask to get them. The food was expensive for the poor quality and bad taste. I don’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back.
