    Very disappointed. We've gone to Sullivan's several times and it's always been fantastic. Steaks were delivered to the table cold, mixed up temps for our party of 8. One guest received a NY Strip that was 2/3 inedible due to grizzle and fat. Manager discounted steak 50%. No water refills, lack of attention to table and excessive wait times between courses. It was NYE, however, they appeared to be adequately staffed. We will rethink our choice of restaurants for our next outing.

    Brandon was GREAT as our server. Food just not as impressive as we expected or as we’ve had at Sullivan’s or similar steakhouses in the past. Still can’t stress enough that Brandon took care of us and make it an enjoyable night out.

    For lunch to many issues. Only 3 tables and whole experience took 2 hours. Then issues with service and the food.

    We had a great Christmas dinner at Sullivan’s Steakhouse! The service was awesome and the ambience was clubby and comfortable. The NY strips with peppercorn sauce and the filet mignon with béarnaise sauce were cooked just right. We shared the Philly Steak Eggrolls, very good. But the bomb was the Peanut Butter Pie, just perfection!

    Ordered NY Strip medium rare, came out medium well/well done. They replaced with a medium rare rib eye. I kept it and brought the first one home for the dog. Ordered bread pudding and they brought out crème brûlée. They weren't on the top of their game tonight.

    The service and follow up service was terrible. It took over an hour and 15 minutes to receive our entrees, and that was after having to ask the server 4 times where our dinner was. The response was always "Your meals are coming right up!" after which we waited another 20 minutes before asking again. The manager came out and said something happened to our entrees and they had to "re-make" our dinner. 30 minutes later we finally received our dinner. The quality of the food was great, the service and follow-up service was terrible.
