   I’m sorry to say this was one of my worst dining experiences. From beginning to end it was frustrating and disappointing. We sat down 45 mins after our reserved time, it took 35 mins to get a drink. Our mains arrived 40 mins after our appetizers. And we didn’t see our server at all during that time. I was hoping for a romantic birthday dinner for my husband and this was a big let down. My steak was delicious and so were my husbands Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. That’s the only good I can say. It felt like amateur hour. The runners had no idea what table to take the dishes to so we constantly had to tell them no, we didn’t order that. Not classy service for a pricey place. I’ve been a server…. They need to make some improvements.

   We had a 445 reservation, didn’t get sat 520. That was the shortest wait. We didn’t get our water until about 1 hr into the experience. We voiced our concerns, and were asked “how we would like to continue the night, wait or leave?!?!” The whole ordeal lasted about 3.5 hrs, we couldn’t even get a waiter to get us a second drink or a bill. Overall, doubt I would ever recommend and go back. Such a shame because they charge for food that you expect a certain standard of service. But the product under delivered. Take my advice, save the money and go to grey ghost or somewhere else for that type of hard earned cash.

   Absolute trash service. Waited 2.5 hours for our food & personally had to get up and ask what was going on. The manager told us he would take $200 off the bill and tried to be slimmy and only took $70 off. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

   My family and I had such a wonderful Thanksgiving. Our food was excellent and the hospitality service from Vanessa was amazing !

   our server Ashley was wonderful!! she went above and beyond we were so happy to have Thanks Giving with her! she gets a five star thank you again .

   Amazing food, as we’ve experienced at other Sullivan’s! Highly recommend the Wagyu bone-in NY Strip! Snake River Farms is always on point!

   The experience started beautifully, BUT it left us with mixed feelings. The ambience was stunning, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for an evening out. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and everything you’d expect from a high-end establishment. However, the highlight of the meal, our steaks, fell far short of expectations. I ordered mine medium-rare, and my partner requested medium. Unfortunately, both were significantly undercooked, to the point that her steak was inedible. While I could work with mine, hers was a different story. Having both worked in kitchens many yaers ago, we decided against sending them back, as we were uneasy about what could happen once they left the table. At around $100 per steak, we expected more precision and care in the preparation. While the sides and overall presentation were excellent, it’s hard to overlook such a fundamental misstep for a restaurant of this caliber. We left disappointed, feeling that such a costly meal should never have missed the mark so widely. It’s a shame, as everything else about the evening was nearly perfect.

   The staff refused to seat us because we were slightly over 15 minutes late, even though there were open tables. We sat at the bar instead and I rebooked for 15 minutes later. They then told me I could not take that reservation because of the original one. None of that needed to happen. They eventually sat us, but it was ridiculous.

    We arrived for our reservation and were promptly seated. Diego was helpful, kind and attentive. Good was magnificent. We had the Beef Wellington bites, my husband and I had steaks and side of our choosing. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Would definitely recommend!
