    Staff wasn’t very interested. We had to ask for items like bread plates, steak knives etc. Food was fine. Ambiance is not what I expected, but that might be because it was Christmas and it was not the usual crowd of people.

    Our server Matt was very good for Christmas Day. The managers very concerned about our experience however the kitchen staff and food were lacking in how to cook and when to serve a great steak. For the prices we expected perfection but fell very short in that area. Management was very generous and tried to make up for our bad experience but probably not going back to Sullivans since others we know have had a similar experience !

    This was our first time eating Christmas dinner out. Our server, Justin, was the perfect balance of attentive and respectful. Loved that you could order from the full menu, as well as the special holiday offerings. Also appreciated that they were comfortably full, and tables were spaced appropriately so that guests weren't on top of each other. We were in the back dining room with a couple of larger tabletops as well as some 2 and 4-top tables. Food was perfectly prepared and served hot, and cocktails were delish. Very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

    First time eating in the restaurant. It absolutely exceeded my expectations, especially on Christmas. Thank you to the staff at Sullivan's that made our impromptu Christmas lunch so nice.

    Broiled Oyesters weren’t even warm.Ordered gratin potatoes and they didn’t come out until we were almost done eating

    We waited over an hour and a half for our meals, 2 out of the 4 were cold and my husband’s came out even later than the other 3. The lobster on the mashed potatoes did not taste right so we didn’t eat it. The building itself is tired looking and a bit dirty. The manager did come over (after I requested) and comp’d all but the alcohol, which I appreciated. (Yes, we still tipped over 20% to the waitress) Honestly, we will not be returning.
