   Our waiter Tyler was so kind and went above/beyond to help celebrate my daughter's birthday. The entire staff at Sullivan's Wilmington is so kind - one of the managers took our picture and popped it into a frame - my daughter was beyond thrilled! Thank you for a delicious dining experience.

   We ordered medium steaks and they were both quite over cooked. It still tasted good! The concept of the experience was nice but the execution was off a bit. But it could have been an off night. Fun night over all and great servers. They gave me a rose for my birthday!

   Steak was over cooked… pretty bad for a steakhouse. They did offer to refire a steak but the meal took long to come out to begin with so I ate it over cooked. Bread only came out after we asked for it, which was after dinner was served. Water was not refilled until after the meal was completed.

   We ordered the scallops and black cod. It took a long time to come out. Our food was not hot. We didn't want to wait for another order so we asked them to bring some hotter risotto. The replacement was not much hotter and it was not cooked completely. The black cod had a lot of bones (>15). They comped us some drinks but overall, we were disappointed with the food and service. Attached a photo of the 2 piles of risotto and numerous bones.

   We went for Christmas dinner and it was very crowded but the hostess stand moved very efficiently to get the parties seated. The service was great and food was excellent as well. The new manager Marrisa really has the crew running well on a day that could get very crazy. This was a much better experience that last Christmas.

    Christmas night our server, Nick, was outstanding! Year after year we have a holiday horror at one of the other Sullivans locations. Nick was on point with drinks, food recs, timing and our gluten allergies. Hands down the best server our family recalls ever having . . . and we dine out three times/week and often travel. Thanks for a great Christmas dinner (St) Nick! 🎄
