We tried Wednesday Flight Night and it left a lot to be desired. The wines weren’t our favorite, there was 1 of 4 that was decent. We were also extremely rushed on our table time (maybe that’s the reason for the struggling 2 oz pour) after sitting only 45 mins with the flights and appetizers (the oysters and grilled cheese were lovely, croquettes and deluxe frites were okay). We spent a considerable amount of $$ on a party of 8 for what was essentially 1 (8) oz glass of not so great wine and some apps, only to feel rushed and pressured to eat and run had we ordered a main entree. The saving grace to this evening was the ambiance of A Tribe Called Quest playing in the background on an amazing sound system.

Divine food, unbeatable wine, and the service was outstanding. It was busy for their Wednesday wine pairing (a flight of wine, paired with a vinyl - tonight happened to be Billie Eilish) so the noise level was high– a buzz of energy. Just when you thought the music and wine were epic enough to set an amazing mood, the Iberico Pork Secreto and Wagyu Flank Steak absolutely took everything to the next level. Just an outstanding little gem in the middle of Union Station. We cannot wait to come back and bring more friends.

Excellent wine selection, including some hard to find red blends. Food was outstanding and very interesting. Service excellent. And a fun, intimate vibe. Loved the music selection.

I don't usually respond to requests for a review, but our experience was so disappointing i just had to say something. Based on reading prior reviews we had reasonably high expectations, especially given their connection to other wonderful eateries like Tavernetta. We sat at the bar, which is nice and the restaurant is well appointed and classy. We ordered a salad, mussels, wagu flank steak, chicken cordon bleu and the pomme frites deluxe. There were 2 bartenders. The male bartender's attitude was off-putting, Never cracked a smile and ignored me when i tried to order a glass of wine. Maybe he could not hear me, or was having a bad day. The female was very nice and responsive. The appetizers ( salad and mussels) were good. The wagu steak was tough and boring and I didn't eat half of it ( very unusual for me!). When you pay a premium for steak you expect it to melt in your mouth. This was hard to cut and chew. Have bought more tender flank steaks at King Soopers. My husband had to spit out some of the cordon bleu it was so undercooked in certain places. Left half of it on the plate as well. We generally don't complain to servers/management when food is not good. We just don't come back. With tip we paid over $300 for 2 people ( included 2 $30 glasses of wine and 2 bourbons). It was totally not worth it. We would not recommend this restaurant to others and certainly won't be returning.
