   Best experience! Actually enjoyed it way more than other places like this! Will be back again for sure! Service was amazing, ambiance was perfect for a family dinner and they were open late!!! Major plus!

   Food was great. It was my first Korean bbq experience. Service was phenomenal and extremely attentive. Would recommend.

   Sura Hawaii plays music from speakers throughout the restaurant which I love. So enjoyed the first time I dined here and the second time did not disappoint. It was my friends birthday. She enjoyed it too. If you like Korean BBQ check out SURA Hawaii

   Great ambiance and service. Kalbi was cut unevenly so cooking was inconsistent. Other than that it was great

   Food is good but meat selection is limited. Quality of food is great. Service is poor. You have to ask 20 times to get a sauce, glass of water, or any item.

   Kinda loud. Very smoky. Don’t care for the graffiti motif. Not really my kind of place.

   The food was amazing. The reason for the lower stars is due to the service, which correlates to the Yelp reviews as well as the ambiance. The walls are covered in graffiti, which I believe is the intention of the restaurant, however, they don't look and feel as they have been cleaned in a while. I'm not sure how they're cleaning graffitied walls, but they were not. The server also forgot our water jug refill after asking three separate times and forgot a side dish we ordered and by the time they came back around, we were already full.

   We've eaten here in the past and loved it, that's why we returned. However, tonight was a HUGE disappointment. The server had to be called over many many times, and even then, we did not get our refills of meat, veggies, or water and tea. She also did not replenish the corn, mac n cheese, and egg. Did I mention this is an AYCE restaurant with a time limit of 1.5 hours, and there were 5 of us on 1 small grill? We had to even ask her to switch out the cooking grill, which they used to do like clockwork on prior visits so you'd have a clean surface to cook. Also, the grill doesn't seem to heat up much, so it takes a while to cook the meats. Which with the time limit to eat, the slow to no service, mediocre heating grill, we left hungry. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Idk if ownership changed or management, but it is not the same as before. Poor poor service! Such a disappointment!

    Sura is always a 10/10 for my friends and I! We love coming here for casual friend dates or to celebrate! It’s always a good time, with good food!
