The world's first and only omakase bus has arrived! Sushi by Bou's newest concept brings an omakase experience like no other right to you—housed in a retrofitted RV camper. It’s a full-on sushi experience while you’re rolling through each course in this one of a kind sushi adventure on wheels! Unlike a traditional food truck where customers order from the outside, the BOU BUS seats eight diners for an intimate culinary experience inside the RV itself.     By far, the BEST sushi I’ve had in my life! We dined on the Sushi by Bao bus with a good friend who was visiting from Germany. We all absolutely loved the experience! The food was delicious, and the service was great! I’m excited to try it again!

    Very cool unique and intimate experience. Every course was delicious and creatively prepared by Chef Moon. If you are in Dorado area and love fresh sushi, I highly recommend!! Another Sushi By Bou winner!!!!!
