   Let’s just say my date received his food and I never received mine. They were extremely slow/delayed. Manager provided no reasoning. The entire experience was not to my standards at all. I left hungry after being there for over a hour.

   The ambiance is beautiful, and the customer service is top-notch! However, the food was quite the opposite. The appetizers were served cold with the entrees. The drinks were not made properly; I had to send them back and get separate drinks to make one drink. The portions of the food were so small for the price. This restaurant plays on the residents of Detroit.

   My wife and I went on a Thursday evening. It was quiet. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and we can't wait to come back when there's live music. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I had the ribeye and lobster and she had the duck. We both were pleased. Looking forward to our next meal here.

   We were the only diners. I know 5:00 is early (7:30 show) and it was raining but being the only diners is not a good sign. Table side Caesar salad left little to be desired. Do not recommend! Drinks were delicious, sushi was delicious, steak was delicious! Crab cake was delicious! Pommes Frite were so so. Was nice to have crab legs again but so expensive!!

   Very over priced for what we received. One crab cake for $23. The Cesar salad made at table for 2 ( literally leaves of lettuce and pre made Cesar dressing with crouton and cheese - just paid to watch them put it together) for $23, beyond crazy. I definitely will not be back. They are charging excessively for a lack luster meal and experience. I see why the restaurant was empty.

   I went with a group of three other couples. We were 1 of 5 tables of people in the nicely sized restaurant and the only large group. It is in a nice location--the old Sweet Georgia Brown. Service was very slow, and the staff was friendly but not attentive. The food was a 3/5 but the portions overall were nice. A glass of 1792 neat was $50 😮and out of the 8 different cocktails ordered, all but three had to be doctored to be able to drink them. Overall, I think it is an ok restaurant with a lot of possibilities, but not worth the final bill.

   We visited on a Sunday evening so the restaurant was fairly empty. Server was friendly. Salads were good. Then we waited for nearly 40 minutes for our main course and wine. $48 scallops were overcooked and mashed potatoes underneath $100+ Surf & Turf were cold and the asparagus was tough and wilty. We told the food runner to get our server and it took another 10 minutes until we saw her. We asked about our wine and told her about the potatoes and asparagus She took the Surf & Turf back to the kitchen and said she was waiting for the bartender to pour our glasses of wine. By the time she brought the wine back, I had finished my scallops (as they were) and we decided to pay for what we had eaten and leave. The server removed the Surf & Turf from the bill but it did still include the mandatory 20% gratuity. We paid and left. We never did see the Manager, so I do not know if they have a protocol to address these issues. They were priced as a high quality restaurant and could not deliver even a basic level of service. Would not recommend.

   The food was ok. We ordered duck with garlic mash. Salmon with mash. Appetizer was 1 kid size crab cake. Small portions. Only the duck was a normal size. No cocktails. We had cocktails at another place. The bill was $171.00. Then the bill was not itemized. Just a total and gratuity was included. So be careful because they just have the total and then suggest a tip after youve already paid the tip. So imagine how many people overlook that and tip twice. So be aware. The ambiance was Amazing. Food ok and waitress was ok. We will not be returning.

    Horrible waiter, rude and very unhelpful..had to move to another section because of her nasty attitude towards us.. then the food portions are ridiculously small- appetizer crab cakes came with one crab cake. Shrimp scampi- 2 shrimp.. Oder fries and it was a basket to feed a family with.. this place is nothing special.. I give it a year tops
