Our business model is unusual for the restaurant industry. We believe that if we invest in the best possible ingredients and people, and focus our resources on presentation and environment, our customers will recognize the difference and will be excited to return and share their experience with others. We believe that a cocktail should be the creative expression of its author, and that a good meal must be an artistic blend of flavor, aroma and color. A true dining experience should involve an awakening of all of the senses and we hope to bring this delight to our guests...again, and again, and again.

    Love the great space and design of Tac/Quili and the interesting and well prepared food. Always good service and great cocktails. My only complaint is $12 for a French press coffee for 2!

    Overall, a little underwhelming. No free chips, but for $15 you get cold chips, bland guacamole, and even blander salsa. For $34 carne asada plate with small portion of meat. Bland sides--black beans had very little flavor. Just all around disappointing. I'm from Vegas which has exceptionally good Mexican food, so I did research and saw the reviews and I was looking forward to this place but it's a no for me.

    We sat in the outdoor patio and had a great time. We started with the taco chips for an appetizer. My husband ordered the lobster tacos and a margarita. I ordered some tacos with I think pork in them and they were delicious. Everything was great and our server, Edgar, was awesome.

    Fun place to dine- lively atmosphere, efficient and friendly service, and excellent food. Would recommend making a reservation in advance- lots of people waiting to dine indoors and outside.

    Beautiful restaurant, excellent service. Have not been back since it opened a while ago. I remembered the food tasting better. I found the food from this visit very bland, lacking seasoning and spiciness, especially for being a upscale version of mexican.

    Every time I travel to Palm springs, my first dinner is always at Tac/Quila! The food, cocktails, ambiance, and service is always top notch. I tried something new this time, the short rib enchiladas, and they were amazing

    Excellent drinks and meals. We had the Margarita Flight, which was very good, shared the yummy crab cakes, and then for dinner, I had the short rib enchiladas, and my sister had the poblano pepper stuffed with short ribs. It was her birthday, so a delicious flan desert was provided. Overall, excellence across the board.
