In Mexico we consume a lot of beet, since it is harvest al year round. Our great recipe is with beet, potatoes, corn kernels, boiled carrots, fresh cheese, lettuce mix, parmesan cheese, cilantro and ranch dressing.

BURRITOS
Created originally as an option to transport it to work and maintain the food warm. Giant flour-tomato tortillas, filled with beans, Mexican rice and a mixture of oaxaca & gouda cheeses. Served with traditional corn esquite kernels, with mayonaise, fresh cheese, piquín chlie powder and lime.

Served with its traditional rice and beans.
Filete Epazote (283 g.)
Buttery imported USDA filet mignon with special epazote herb butter on top. Served with sweet corn on the cob and beet with carrots.

Achiote & citric marinated shrimp, grilled and served over a bed of dehydrated chile cream sauce, with green peas. Accompanied with mixed salad and mashed potatoes.
