I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant. While the appetizers were excellent, I encountered issues with the salmon entrée that I ordered. Unfortunately, both pieces of salmon were served ice cold, and despite my request for medium rare, one piece was rare both pieces were sent back and then overcooked. So I sent the entire entrée back and wasn’t able to eat my main course. As a regular patron who has visited your establishment eight times, I was quite disappointed with this experience. Been there a few times- today we had the same server we had in June. He is fabulous! Shoutout to the hosts..for reading the reservation notes and accommodating us for our reservation. Can’t wait to go back!

Tao has a beautiful ambiance. Music was not loud but on point. We were seated within atleast 10-15 minutes prior to our reservation time which was great. Server shortly after came to thru to check on drinks/menus. Food presentation was great and time in between ordering and when it arrived was pleasant. I wasn’t super impressed with the way the bok choy was cooked as I almost choked on it. Orange chicken was ok. Appetizers were delicious. Dessert tray was phenomenal. Overall good experience and would give it another try.

We visit this Tao every time we go to Mohegan sun and we love it! Food and service always top notch. Food comes out super fast though , great if you want to get backed to gambling. That being said our waitress was wonderful last night and I can’t remember her name …meal was so perfectly paced as we were NOT looking to get backed to gambling we were looking for a break from gambling. Love this place and its vibe

Tao is my favorite restaurant at Mohegan. They are all great but this one is over the top! Food is great! Must have the fortune cookie for dessert!

The pork belly appetizer is incredible. The filet mignon was tender and cooked perfectly. The shrimp is always excellent. The Shanghai fried rice is awesome as well. Our waitress was pretty perfect. She was there when we needed something.
