He works with 27 Bay Area farmers and purveyors to provide guests with a well-crafted tasting menu that provides a balance of flavors, tastes, and textures throughout the meal. This eight course tasting menu is served evenings in the Tasting House's casually elegant dining room where live jazz is performed nightly.
