   We were looking forward to Tavola, especially because of it’s relationship to Le Jardiniere, which we love. The food, however, was disappointing. Our “Branzino for Two” at $70 was hardly enough for one. It came out cold and had to be sent back. Then it was good but not great. It needed more delicious sauce. The potatoes on top were at best flimsy and inadequate. All the portions were small. Tristan the server, the Manager and all the staff were fantastic. The special chocolate dessert was great. Maybe we’ll give it another try, amidst so much competition!

   This is my third time to have the chicken cacciatore, but where was the tomato sauce? I don’t believe I’ve ever had it without a sauce that had a tomato base. It was good but not as delicious as in the past.

   This was our third time eating at Tavola, and it was disappointing. The food was not as good as the first 2 times, the portions were smaller, my pasta was flavorful but not delivered warm . My husband had the truffle risotto special. which was too salty and highly overpriced. Service was prompt and professional. Noise level was high enough to make conversation difficult.

   We were a group of 3 & went early as we were going to the symphony. The valet parking was smooth & easy. The servers were helpful, accommodating and efficient. They assisted with choosing drinks & ensured we had an overall great experience. Everyone loved their choice of entrees, which included 2 lasagnas and sides for the table included the best beet salad ever(!), roasted potatoes, brussel sprouts & fried artichoke hearts. The fried artichokes were so delicious & such a terrific addition to our meal. Will definitely go back & bring more friends!

   Tavola is very good food and very good service, even when busy. The Maitre D' is attentive and knowledgeable with regard to food and wine. Bravo!

   The service was very good. There were a couple of misses with the food; salmon not cooked to temperature and carpaccio not sliced thin enough but would return and give the benefit of the doubt!

    Wonderful attention from our waiter Juan and host Cody. Outstanding ambience and excellent food. Loved the spinach salad with pears, the chicken cacciatore, and the chicken Parm.
