The food was excellent, our server was friendly and responsive and the atmosphere was cozy. The drinks are also creative and tasty! Overall a consistently great dining option.

Overall, our experience at the restaurant was fantastic. The pork chop I ordered had a very good flavor, but it was slightly overcooked for my taste. I believe it would have been perfect if it had been cooked between 145° and 150°. Apart from that minor issue, we had a wonderful time. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful . We thoroughly enjoyed most our meal and will definitely be returning.

Beyond expensive for such small dishes. Popcorn shrimp was $20 for maybe 3 shrimps chopped into tiny pieces. It wasn’t even that good and was soggy. Probably won’t be going back because the prices were so high for such small amounts it’s not worth it. Shrimp ceviche was also ok. Wasn’t very flavorful.

Food was very lackluster. The empanadas had no real flavor or soul… The beans tasted as if they were straight out of a can, with no seasoning. The rice was off putting. No flavor other than butter & corn. Tacos were not bad, Decent. Dessert was delicious tho. The server was awesome.

Menu is very centered on meats; there's a few good vegetarian and pescatarian options, but the signatures emphasize the usual major proteins. The place favors being selective about its drink array; to its credit, the result is a very nice set of quality selections including non-alcoholic selections. EXCELLENT food end to end, a clear step up from many of the Mexican places around Anchorage.

Tequila 61 has excellent service and food. We enjoyed the chocoflan! Tuesdays is a must to dine in.

Great food but some mixed drinks are quite expensive. The seats are metal chairs which are very cold and hard (uncomfortable). We visit here about every 2-3 months.
