   Had a WONDERFUL meal at Terra!! Sophia is an excellent manager!! She makes every guest feel welcome and special during their meal!! She truly is the best restaurant manager I’ve seen in a very long time (and I work in the food industry!) Our server Kaleigh was spectacular as well! She had AMAZING recommendations on what to order, and got everything right! She was very helpful, and definitely think she is a standout server!! Will definitely be back for the GREAT food, but also for the wonderful staff!

   Food had little to no flavor unfortunately. Not many healthy options. Staff was lovely and the restaurant itself is lovely.

   The food was very good, but the service was lacking. We saw a lot of wait staff standing around talking, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, but we were waiting a lot for our waiter.

   From arriving to leaving, service was below standard. Hosts had to be prompted to greet us as we arrived and stood at host stand waiting. Upon being sat, we were sat in a table in a cramped corner by a server entrance when there were 9 other empty tables in that section. 1st contact was short and curt when bringing waters and informed us he wasn’t our waiter…but then took our drink orders and later our food orders. Drinks never came, after finishing appetizers we had to flag down someone to ask where our drinks were. Finally received them, and when waitress returned I asked if we could get another bottle of water…we never got that bottle. No one ever came back to check on us. Even after finishing dinner, I had to hunt down the manager. I spoke to him and a waitress (who was apparently supposed to be ours) they apologized of course and left the check, but we still waited almost 10 mins before they came and ran the check. And mind you, it was not busy, only 3 other tables in that section were sat from when we arrived to when we left.

   Food is always delicious. Jacob, in Terra, was our server. We’ve had him before. He may be the BEST server we’ve ever had. We’d go there just to let him wait on us!

   Wonderful kale and Brussels salad. Party of 3 all tried a different entree and each was really good. Waitstaff was attentive but not intrusive. Decor and ambiance was very nice. A little hard to find as there’s a market and seemed like 2+ restaurant’s inside but staff was nice when we asked for wayfinding. Valet was inexpensive too. Will definitely be back when in town again. Will definitely recommend as well.

   Veronica was amazing and provided excellent service. Every bite of food was excellent, fresh and well-prepared. The ambiance and the food led to us planning a return trip soon.

    The food wasn’t great. The focaccia was just like a regular loaf of bread. The fondue didn’t come with enough bread for dipping. We ran out and there was still half left in the cup and someone just cleared it from the table instead of offering more bread for dipping. For the price, the portions were very small. Our waiter was ok but didn’t once ask how the food came out. Over priced for the quality of food and service.
