   Absolutely rubbish don’t waste your time or Money, bland barely warm food, terrible service rushed from start to finish because kitchen was about to close. Staff to busy chating to each other to bother servicing the tables. No mention on the booking that the kitchen would be closing at 4pm, the website looks fantastic but unfortunately it’s not what you receive. We were told you’ve got 5 Mins to order a desert whilst we just started eatIng our bland food, the restaurant had other dinners just about to eat but staff were busy packing away. Very limited choice on the menu and none of it explained by staff not even an attempt to big up the chef or menu, not even a chef special. Do your self a favour order a coffee and take a sandwich with you. However the Eataly shop experience was rather good and the pizza cafe looked a much better option.

   Da Italiana che vive all’estero sono andata da Terra con grandi aspettative. La qualità del cibo, per essere firmato Cracco è a dir poco pessima. La pasta al pomodoro era scotta, dolce e con una cucchiata di pesto sopra che la rendeva la tipica pasta inglese for the English palate, che a me personalmente non piace. Diciamo che da Pizza Express potevo trovare di meglio. Le altre portate mediocri, l’uovo fritto, cavallo di battaglia di Cracco era stracotto, bruciato…non si riusciva a tagliare nemmeno con il coltello. Non solo non lo consiglio, ma consiglio a Cracco, visto che ci mette la faccia, di istruire i cuochi! Che tristezza

   Being conintially interrupted for water, menu selection and everything else is jarring. People go to dinner to socialise and chat but it’s quite bad when you are continually interrupted. It feels like you’re on a conveyor belt to be processed.

   We were not told the kitchen would be closing and tried to order only 15 minutes after our initial order. We were told the kitchen is closed. When we asked the manager why we were not informed when putting the order or when last orders were being taken, we were given no explanation nor any reasoning.

   They over cooked the cote de boeuf. Didn’t have another one so they gave us ribeye. But they comp both of them and the wine due to mishap

   The staff were charming and very efficient the food was extremely tasty, although I did think it was quite pricey, so we had two starters each and coffee, no starters or puddings.. I often think starters are the most interesting course of any meal. I would definitely visit again.

   The new menu is very disappointing, with our favourites such as the meatballs and the king prawns now missing. Feels like too much of an overhaul than what was necessary. Great service as always though.

   My initial thought when booking was that the restaurant was a higher end establishment. The bar and the seating were lovely with a nice atmosphere. The restaurant however appeared more like a canteen style rather than comfortable relaxed vibe. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but suitcases being pulled in by people in tracksuits wasn’t what I was expecting. The food however, was high end. The flavours and presentation were bang on and was very much enjoyed.

    My friend and I chose this restaurant for the first time. We are big fans of the Eaterly chain and have visited all the ones in Italy as well as NYC. The only issue was the "entertainment" last Friday evening. There was ambient music playing and we could easily chat without straining our voices. Once the singer started we had to yell to hear each other across the small table for two. We did complain and asked for the singer to be "turned down" which the singer did but it was still at a level that made it difficult to converse. It's a shame as we wont return. The food and service was great, but the entertainment was a big issue for us.
