   The restaurant called to confirm our reservation and told us to be sure to get there by 9. When we arrived I could see why. They were packed! They got us to our seat quickly & our server was very kind. The food was amazing beginning to end! This will become a regular place for date nights moving forward! Thanks for wonderful NYE!

   We arrived a few minutes late due to New Year’s Eve traffic but the host cancelled our reservation and was extremely rude about it.

   Good was fantastic but a small restaurant that seemed cramped with people going to salad bar and workers bringing around the meats. Food was good but waited about 10 minutes after our reservation time. Server was average at best. People were friendly but didn’t seem really happy to be there. Good for special occasions but not a place I would frequent.

   This time around everything was amazing, that’s definitely one of the best steakhouses in Cincinnati area for sure. The service and the food are amazing. The Brazilian style steakhouse is the best way of eating steak. Loved it

   We were seated quickly. And, that was appreciated. Having never been there before, we did not know how how they functioned. The salad bar was very good. We were given mashed potatoes and french fries before the trip to the salad bar. I never knew where to get get hot vegetables to eat with the meat. Filet wrapped in bacon was fantastic. I could hardly hear or understand our server when we saw her. All in all, it was good but our server was not attentive or helpful. Flipping a piece of paper over to get service did nothing. For the price, I expected good service and an explanation of what to do.

   Wonderful “salad” bar, so many choices of veggies, salads, meats and cheeses, as well as the hot sides. The meat was all incredible as well, especially the spicy sirloin and garlic picanha!

   First and last visit. Only had the salad bar. The meat the servers were carrying around did not appear very appetizing.

    We had high hopes. Host and hostess were very pleasant and we were seated quickly. Our actual waiter was very pleasant and quite attentive as well. However the food left a lot to be desired. We waited an ungodly amount of time for meat watching the men walk around the back of the bar and then down the stairs never looking over at us sitting in from of the bar. I had to ask our waiter to please send them over. He waited while longer watching to see if they would come before finally going down and getting them. Our plates sat empty A LOT. Once we did finally start to get food a lot of the beef was overcooked as well and even my filet I had to pull out of my mouth because it was full of gristle. It was obviously a bad cut. As for the atmosphere, we booked standard seating but were sat in the bar which I didn’t love but did not complain. It was definitely a louder environment but not intolerable. As for the dress code, they definitely do not uphold their “business casual” standard as people were in there in ALL KINDS of attire which I feel cheapens the feel of the place. The GM or whoever he is in the suit stood at the small waiters station by our table a lot looking at his phone and even walked right by us probably half a dozen times and never once acknowledged us even as we sat with empty plates and our green cards up clearly frustrated. This was my husband’s first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse and I really wanted to make it a nice experience for him. Unfortunately this missed the mark.
