   Went here on New Year's Day for a birthday celebration for my mom. Here are the good and bad: The good: - The meat parade was highlighted by picanha, both spicy and regular. - The lobster bisque was to die for but had to wait for them to refill. - The pao de queijo and pineapple was fantastic, as was the lime caipirinha. The bad: - You can't use any VIP/member discounts in conjunction with the white gift cards. The manager came out to say that since the gift cards are heavily discounted, they can't do both, although there were no language on the discount saying so. Okay....so I had to use the gift cards since I bought like $600 worth already. That sucks! - Asked if I can leave a tip with a gift card, the manager replied saying that they can't accept that given how much discounted the gift cards were. That amounted to the staff stealing from the company if they accepted the gift cards for tip. Huh? WTF? Isn't gift cards also money? Never had any issues anywhere else leaving gift cards as tip for wait staff. So I had to leave cash as my only option. That sucked too.... - Booked this place because I saw birthday dessert being given out from others posting their meals. Was told by the waitress that new management got rid of free desserts, so I'd have to pay for it. Looked at my $375 bill and couldn't believe that reply. Take the damn pictures down so there wouldn't be any false advertising that free dessert will be given out for birthday celebrations! The final straw really... Needless to say I'll use the remaining gift cards or give them away and be done with Texas de Brazil. There are so many other venues that will gladly give out a free slice of dessert when customers spend $375 on their meals. Hell, even Korean BBQ gives out free ice cream at half the cost and it don't even need to be your birthday. With the soaring cost of eating out, you'd think that restaurants would be fighting for business, until it's too late. Buyers beware! Obrigado!

   Food was disappointing from the overcooked meats to the salad bar that was in bad need of a refresh. Top it off with the waitress who was MIA until she dropped the check and tried to overcharge us. Prices were higher than on website too. Overall disappointing and we won't be back. No value or enjoyment with the cheap meats that they are now serving.

   As soon we arrive to the restaurant, we indicated that we had a one more people reservation. It was made for four but time of a roll. The host was outstanding he was able to make accommodations for us . And then we approached the buffet. The food was very good good selection. The only thing the prosciutto did not taste that good. After that we start getting the selection of meat on the skewer. Serve at the table was kind of hard to get what we wanted, which was the filet mignon in the inside skirt, but finally came. We tried the lamb and the laminated a little more marination wasn’t that good the waiter, a real young guy. It was good by the way didn’t know how to open up my bottle of wine and I wanna tell him and show him, but he insisted in doing it himself which he is OK at the end of the evening we were totally full over the food. It was OK beautiful restaurant. I definitely go back.

   Customers are not overwhelmed with meat anymore. They ask what meat you would like and they bring to you. I don't know how many different meat choices there are, but we were only offered 4 different meats for the first hour. We didn't turn the table marker to red but they just stopped bringing meat. I stopped going to fogo de chao for this reason and switched to Texas de Brazil. Now I must stop going to these places that overcharge and under serve.

   We dined on 12-30-24 at 5pm. I gave been to this restaurant many times we were disappointed this time for several reasons. We were a party of twelve with a reservation for a long time and yet we seated in a back hallway half into the bar and next to the payment area. It was over crowded and limited our comfort and movement. We had barely sat down with salad and the meat was coming fast and furious. No one had the green side of the table tags up yet. We should have been given time to eat the salad items till we were ready. The staff was overly and obviously pushing booze and liqueurs. The meat was very good but the service was slow and backward. The desserts came super slow and the coffees were lukewarm. I mentioned the coffee twice and I was told it was hot. I have to rethink returning for holidays with a large group in the future.

   I took my team out to dinner for the holidays and we had an amazing experience! My husband and I got there early so we had a drink at the bar, great service, really nice bartenders and they were funny as well. I had the signature lime drink and it was so delicious! Then the manager came over 5 minutes before our reservation time and got us to take us to our table. Our server Diego was fabulous! He came over to explain how everything worked and then came back again right when the rest of our party arrived to explain it again, he was super nice and good with my gluten allergy which I appreciated. He was always there when we needed anything and made sure we were taken care of. There was plenty of meat that came to our table, one of the guys was amazing, he asked what we hadn’t tried and brought it over to us. We really enjoyed the dessert drink and the show our server put on for us while making it. We will definitely be coming back here! Thank you for a great experience.

   Was celebrating our son’s 39th birthday! Adults and kids. We loved it, food was great, service was amazing. Had a wonderful time!

    The service there was very horrible, especially when you can not use a coupon that is for your birthday. That’s very ridiculous and very unprofessional. I am show that to the managers over there and they said it was OK to use it and now it’s not because of you guys ridiculous system you wondering why Fugo de Chao is taking over and doing things right by the consumers . I probably will not come to this place never again. How the hell I suppose to celebrate a birthday with the discount rate. Come on. My server Jeremiah can’t get any managers to fix situations. It so sad and horrible as corporate
