   Texas to Brazil is one of my favorite restaurants. Their food is outstanding for the most part. The salad bar is awesome and the service is great but this time I was disappointed because I like my beef cooked well medium well and I took over in a half an hour to get medium well Which is not normal on most days. It’s pretty quick.

   Everything was really good! i loved the food. ALL of it. However the one complaint i do have which really affected my experience. Our waitress Gaudalupe "Lupe" was great at describing what was on the menu. However did not notify us of the prices of "water" and the desserts. I know that we ordered these items, but we were not given a menu or notified about the extra cost. We were under the impression that things were "all you can eat" and with no notification of extra costs it caught me off guard. So ofc i ordered two waters and three desserts!!! so i paid about 80 extra bucks! 2 people cost me ~240$ I just really wish that she had let us know. Now i feel like they do this purposely so keep an eye out for that.

   Really enjoyed our dinner experience. You can turn your meat delivery on & off as you wish with the red & green coaster they give you. Green is go. If they see it, the gauchos will stop at your table. Red gives you a chance to eat the meats you have while they’re hot from the grill. Picana & Flank steak were my favorite. The seasoning is really tasty.

   The service, ambiance and salad bar were fantastic. I was looking forward to the famous “all you can eat” charcoaled meats. Unfortunately all meats were extremely salty. I tried at least 8 beef and lamb cuts and they were all over salted. It was my birthday dinner and our bill was around $350. My sons thought the meats were too salty, as well.

   We went to celebrate our Anniversary, they tried their best to accommodate for a more intimate setting, but they sat us at the back where the servers meet up and we are easily missed by the meat handlers. However, it was an overall good experience except that my wife got a little upset stomach afterwards, not sure what she ate exactly, but just glad it wasn't me. :)

    Usually when we come there, it’s for a type of celebration we came for my wife’s birthday last time they offered a free dessert this time they offered nothing. We were surprised when we were charged for the water. They should maybe tell you that upfront I spent $32 on water Was a little surprised. Restaurant is great. The staff is very good.
