   I have been to Texas de Brazil before, and this experience was nothing like my previous trip. Previously, the number of assorted meats that we were presented with was great; however, this time, we only had 4 different meats and took those because no one was coming around. We had to fill up on the sides. That is not the reason to go there. We wanted the proteins. This restaurant is not cheap, and we paid a great price for "sides". I wanted to speak to the manager, but she would not come over to us. I don't complain much but this was infuriating. They knew this was a problem all day but would not give us the decency of coming to our table. They took 10% off of our check which was hardly a compensation. I loved this restaurant before and now, I don't think I will go again. This was totally disrespectful!

   Food and drinks were good, not great. The price was ok, if you were having coffee, dessert and a drink you are looking at an about $100-$120 a person.

   We love this restaurant. My son and husband follow a carnivore diet and this is perfect for any meat eater. I am consistently impressed on how your server asks if you want a particular cut of meat that hasn't been around to your table. I also like how they bring meat at the temperature you prefer. We have a range of med-rare to medium and the gauchos always deliver. Meats come out often and the salad bar perfectly compliments the meat. Don't forget to try the thinly sliced grilled pineapple, chimmichurri sauce, and brazilian salsa/pico. We went on a Saturday and it was pretty crowded so the noise level was a bit high, but we still had great conversation. When it's busy like this, the only critique I'll give is that our beverages could have been refilled quicker. Other than this minor detail, everything is great! Managers come around to make sure you are well fed and leave happy.

   The salad bar offered a large and varied assortment of salad, cheese, and protein. The meat selection offered at the table was delicious and varied, as well. Cocktails and desserts were beyond expectation

   Food was good, service was slow. Waitress didn’t clear dirty plates and a few servers kept skipping our section of the dinning room while we (and other tables) were waiting for certain cuts of meat. We had to wave over a waitress to get the guy to come over to us. Food tasted good, but Fogo is still a better experience.

   The food was absolutely amazing. I’ll have to come back another time to try the drinks to get a full experience, but wow. Service was great. Salad bar was phenomenal. No complaints at all.

    We went for valentine’s day and was 15 mins late for reservations. But was seated as we came in . Which was surprising. The food was delicious, great selection of foods,service was fast . Staff is friendly. Really enjoyed my self . Will definitely be going back there again
