   Our experience at Texas de Brazil was perfect. Very clean, buffet well displayed, did not realize that you could order your meats the way you prefer the temperatures which was great. Everything was served, medium rare for me and my wife and all tasted outstanding. High level of attention to our table in what we wanted, however the restaurant was not very busy

   Our server was very attentive as soon as we were seated. She would check on our table every chance she had.

   I have never in my life a worst experience. We have been to Fogo de Chao in San Antonio several times and thought how fortunate we were to be able to recreate our honeymoon meal here in the Valley. We drove all the way from Harlingen through McAllens terrible highway construction, only to be incredibly disappointed and angry. I cannot understand what we did that deserves that kind of treatment. And to be honest the food wasn’t to our expectation. If this night was an example of the typical service, I highly suggest your manager visits another churrascaria, learn proper customer service and retrain the staff.

   Great place to eat and great staff very polite. Meat is cooked to medium rare so if it’s not for you then don’t bother but me and my family loved it!

   The food, sans the bacon wrapped chicken, was excellent. The pork, beef, and lamb were excellent. The chicken was dry and chewy. The salad bar was excellent, clean, and stocked.

   The quality of meat has declined consiatently. It may be a while when we go back. The servers seem to not understand the object of red and green. And most did not speak or understand english

    Almost everything was perfect, had amazing flavor. The meats were cooked to perfection. I always enjoy coming here and will continue to be a customer. The ONLY good I didn't like was the cheese bread. They're too doughy.
