   I am only concern about the appointment process was not clear as far time choices. I double booked because an earlier time was not available. Also the receptionist did not seat us at our appointment time. I had to ask a manager to seat us because it was 20 min after our appointment time.

   Due to several reasons Christmas dinner plans got changed and it was just me and my brother on our own for Christmas Dinner. At 2pm I logged into Open Table and was alerted there were only 9 spots left. Grabbed 7pm reservation. Got there early, was seated on time. Had an amazing meal. Fresh salads and sides. Perfectly seasoned and grilled meats brought to the table often. It was wonderful. We may do it again on purpose next year.

   It was our first time there. We learned about it through this open table app. We loved that we didn't even have to wait for our food. We immediately got food at fancy salad bar and then sat down to yummy meat being brought to the table and carved at our table. It was delicious, and my hubby was in meat heaven. He was one happy camper. And I loved it as well. Our was a fun and exciting place to eat. You will love this

   Very crowded which made getting to and from the salad bar a challenge. The food was wonderful and the staff was great. A nice holiday treat.

   As a first time patron/driving 2 hours to this eatery (my daughter lives in that city), I was pretty underwhelmed by the experience. We waited nearly half an hour after being seated for a drink menu, being told how the restaurant operates (as a new customer), have our non alcoholic drinks order to be taken and to receive bread. That put a sore spot on the experience. Then we were rushed from the table as I was unaware there was a 2 hour limit on seating. We didn’t receive the smashed potatoes and other side dishes until 30 minutes before we were rushed to finish. Over all I won’t be coming back to eat there. There are far better Brasilian restaurants to eat at.

   Texas de Brazil has been my favorite restaurant, but today’s Christmas dinner was disappointing. We spent three hours there, with food service painfully slow and repeated requests needed for certain meats. Our server was inexperienced, inattentive, and dismissive. We ordered a $48 pitcher of sangria, but the bill showed $68. While it was adjusted after we questioned it, the server’s attitude left a bad impression. Meanwhile, two tables with different servers arrived after us and left before us, highlighting our poor service experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the pleasant dining experience I’ve come to expect.

   I will not be too hard on this place as it was Christmas Day. It however was very annoying that every table around me was getting a visit by the meat server multiple times before my table would get one visit. I won’t be going back to this restaurant for holiday meal. This was far too expensive for the limited meal I got.
