Food is always delicious and the service is immaculate. Today in westlake we had James as our server and he was so patient and went about and beyond! I went with a group of people who enjoy their meat different than I do ( medium vs well done ) lol .. and the servers who bring out the meats are so kind and patient in accommodating the needs of the customers! Thank You to everyone in Westlake Texas De Brazil!!

                                                                                                                                                                                                Our server Z was good, and Ferro, one of the gauchos, was great. They made sure my girlfriend's birthday dinner was great! The rest of the gauchos were ok, but they need training in rotations through the rooms when it's busy. A large number of them were fairly new according to management, so hopefully this issue is resolved soon.

                                                                                                                                                                                                It was my first visit with a friend to celebrate our birthdays. The staff was very friendly and explained how the dining experience there works very clearly. Food was delicious. There was a great variety of items to choose from in the salad bar area and all of the meat we tried was seasoned and cooked properly.

Great service and atmosphere. The food kept coming at a quick pace. The variety of food made it worth it...lamb, beef, chicken, pork, various steaks and much more. Will definitely go back again.

Service was not the best. After waiting for a soda for quite a long time, our server brought it and said she was trying to get to us but as we can see they are swamped. Other servers around our table were present at their tables quite often.

                                                                                                                                                                                                We dine at Texas De Brazil at least once a year. It's our go-to for special occasions. Service is always excellent, and food is always amazing. Last night, we did encounter a couple of issues, including a rude hostess and a gift card not being applied to our total but it was not returned to us. Thankfully, it was a printed e-card, so we can just use it another time. We often recommend to friends and family, and will be back.
