   We had a reservation for 9pm, and we arrived 10 minutes earlier to be told that even with reservation the waiting time will be around 1 hr. After a long wait and been seated, we waited another good 15 minutes to have someone to bring water to the table. We had to call the hostess and asked for a server. Service was horrendous, waitress was as her first day at work, extremely slow and careless, and then we received the bill with 20 % of tip included. Food was good, not outstanding, but service was the worst I have ever received.

   Had an 8pm reservation and our party wasn’t seated until 9:15pm. Other guests relayed the same experience of extreme waits past their reservation times. The place was severely overbooked and our waiter also relayed that the kitchen was disproportionately small relative to how many tables at the restaurant. Service was just as slow as seating once we reached our table. Food was good, but certainly not worth the wait!

   Unbelievably Long Wait & Terrible Service The Amalfi Llama was the most I have ever had to wait for a reservation. We booked for 8 PM and weren’t seated until 10 PM—an absolutely ridiculous wait. To make matters worse, after finally sitting down, our entrées took nearly an hour to arrive after the appetizers. By the time my food finally got to the table, no one even bothered to ask if I wanted a drink. I’ll give credit where it’s due—the music and food were good—but that doesn’t make up for the awful service. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. If you’re thinking about coming here, be prepared to wait forever and be completely ignored by the staff. Not worth it.

   Tried this place out for Valentine’s Day, had a reservation and basically had to wait 2 hours to get sat down. Once there the service was very slow, waiter was great but it was way too chaotic. No one seemed to know where things were going or what was going on. We had our appetizer and salad and waited over 40 minutes to then be told our food was messed up and we had to wait even longer. We ended up leaving. Might try it again in the future on a normal day but the first impression was very bad.

   Terrible experience. Reservation for 7:30, was ignored 3 times until I was given a table at 8:50! Was told by the host to wait at the bar for 15 minutes, got ignored for about 40 minutes while other tables were sat. Went to ask about table and she told us to sit at the bar because she forgot about us and didn’t realize we already did sit at the bar. Did not get appetizer until 9:50. Paid for a 4 course meal, $203, DIDNT RECEIVE OUR SECOND COURSE. Did not give us our salad. We were offered a free drink for troubles, did not receive. Spent over 5 HOURS! At this place, will not got back. Service was so bad my date and I missed our comedy show that was at 10:30 pm, another $100 lost. TERRIBLE VALENTINES DAY EXPERIENCE

   Before the meal even started we asked for a wine and beverage list two times before it was brought. Ordered all food and drinks at once expecting for the courses to be paced. The first two courses came at the same time. Order drinks to start with,and wine for the steak. Did not receive drinks until after we finished the first and second course (after we asked about them) Then when steak came we had to remind staff twice about wine. Asked for salt multiple times before a staff member brought it. Food was overall fine, but nothing special. Salad leaves were yellowish. Steak was mediocre at best. Waited 20+ minutes for the check and for our card to be ran. They comped one of our glasses of whine after I express my displeasure, but overall disappointing. Will be taking my woman to Outback from now on #bloominonion!

   Great space, food is excellent, enjoy dining there! Probably not the norm, but our service was spotty at best, not what you want at a really good restaurant. But, it will not keep us from returning! Highly recommend!

    We brought friends and kids on a Sunday afternoon and it was fantastic! The staff was helpful, attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! From the empanadas to the focaccia as starters to steaks and milanesa!! We spent a great afternoon here.
