We won’t return to Andergrove Tavern. Although we have been long term customers, the service has dropped since the change of ownership. On Wednesday we were a party of 6 adults and 2 children. The orders for our table were placed at the same time and we expected that the meals would arrive together.The first meal arrived followed by the next after 10 minutes and the balance of the meals arrived after 30 minutes. When we questioned a staff member, we were informed that the orders would have been on separate dockets although we all quoted the same table number. This is the second time that this has happened. There won’t be a third.
