   We had Christmas brunch at The Apparatus Room. The hostess seated us right away and was very accommodating to our seating preference. I loved that the restaurant had music in the background that wasn't too loud. The service was prompt and attentive throughout the meal. We all enjoyed our food and had a great time. I will definitely return here in the future.

   Great food. The cocktails were overpriced, but tasted good. The service was excellent.

   First visit and the experience was wonderful. Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Our server- Shelby was superb. TU Shelby for the great experience!

   This was truly a middle of the road experience in all aspects, so much so that I didn’t even take pictures of the food. The valet was the best part about the entire experience and that was about $20 + tip but they were kind, fast, and courteous. After checking into our reservation we still have about a 15/20 min wait, standing as there was no room at the bar nor a proper holding area. Once seated, it took our waitress a good 10 mins to even get to our table where we were casually informed that someone should have already told us there was about a 1 hr wait after placing any order. At this point we’d already been in the restaurant without so much as a sip of water for over 40 mins. Waitress then advised to quickly put in appetizer order of chips or fries since those come out quick. We did and ordered drinks. The first drink was sent back because it was wrong. About an hour in those “quick” appetizers came and about 30/35 mins after that the food came and it was nothing to write home about especially after the long wait time. I wouldn’t be back.

   We sat down and had to wait an hour and a half to receive food. I made reservations two weeks prior. I tend to come here a lot and never had to deal with this. In addition, the waitress was not attentive and didn’t provide many updates for us throughout the time that we were waiting.

   Our server was very good, but notified us after we sat down that the kitchen is backed up and that it would be at least an hour before we would get our food. Since we already sat down, we decided to stay, but that would have been good to know before that sat us.

   We were seated on time for our reservation. Busy day downtown with lots of events, so it was busy. Kitchen wasn’t staffed accordingly, so it took 1.5 hrs for 3 brunch orders. The server clearly felt bad for the delay, but made a half hearted apology. Food is average—overpriced for what you get. Brunch elsewhere.

   Apparently my family wasn't a top priority for the team at the restaurant. We had a reservation and still waited 20 mins eventhough there were open tables everywhere, and everyone else was seated as they arrived. After we were seated and placed our order, we waited nearly an hour for our food, to the point even Santa on his 3rd trip around the room made a comment that we still hadn't recieved our food. As the waitress told us on the 4th time sorry for the delay she never once asked us if we wanted another beverage to compensate for the extremely long wait.

    The place was lovely, the food was good. However, It over an hour of get our food. The waitress was hardly around.
