Made a reservation for 4 at 7:30 on a Thursday night. We were seated in what I would describe as an overflow area. No place settings set up or decor at any of the tables in that section. Immediate bad vibe. Our waiter disappeared after we told him we needed more time. I believe the manager ended up taking our order. He was very nice. Didn’t see our waiter again until our meal was done and we asked to see the desert menu. He disappeared again and another waitress took our order. Food itself was good. We particularly enjoyed the Spicy beef chili toast and the Bucatini spaghetti. Maybe the service and ambiance is better in the main room.

The hostess was great. Food options kept getting better. Had the lobster risotto croquettes The duck the steak was perfectly cooked.. Beautiful pudding with salted caramel sauce. Lovely time

Our second visit here. First time was outstanding. This time, ambiance was great, service was more rushed and less personalized. Was told we need to put appetizer order in along with entrees or waiter would wait until we have it all ready. I don't like feeling rushed through even while I'm mindful of the need to turn tables. Food was average. The two different pasta dishes were both sweet and the chicken breast was heavily salted. Filet mignon was excellent. Cocktails were good as well as dessert. Not sure we'll go back.

The food, the service, the upscale ambience, everything is always top-notch here. And truly, their happy hour cannot be beat. We left full and happy, but somehow it was still easy on our wallets, which is not something that’s easy to find nowadays!

This was my first time visiting The Arbour. Me and my date both had a wonderful time there. The food was wonderful, especially the beet salad appetizer. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would love to visit The Arbour again, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
