The menu has great options. We had the Caesar salad with chicken and Springfield chicken. Great flavors. Personal preference, the green peppers in the Springfield chicken could have been cooked a little more, but did not take away from a nice lunch experience.

Made reservations for myself and two friends to have dinner before the PINK concert. The complimentary valet parking and the shuttle to the venue was awesome. The restaurant was busy but we were seated right away and the service was prompt and very friendly. Two of us ordered the pasta chicken arrabiatta dish and our other friend ordered the filet. We all sampled each others dishes and they all were absolutely delicious. Very happy with our choice and we will be back!

We were put in the furthest corner with a very inexperienced server. We think making the reservation through Open Table is why we were put there. Side note…Our last three Open Table reservations seem to place us in bad areas like next to kitchen or wait station, or with bad servers. In this case , people that were behind us without a reservation were seated in better areas . After my wife ordered a Martini, which she was served 3 different drinks that were not martinis, we got the help of a different server. It happened again when she ordered a second one. I had a beer that when served in a glass looked as if it was not filled. I was right, a few minutes later, the server brought me the 1/3 balance of bottle that was not poured when they served the glass. Very strange. Our food also took a long time and it was not that busy. Food was ok, but would not recommend this place if looking for a nice dinner.

Hi Frank, We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at The Avery Kitchen & Bar. It's disappointing to know that your visit didn't meet our usual standards, especially with the seating arrangement and service. We appreciate your feedback about the Martini drinks and the beer glass not filled properly, and we'll certainly look into it. We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience, and we regret that we fell short this time. We hope you'll give us another chance to impress you with our service and food. Best, Avery Management

Each time I dine at The Avery they are short servers. Today was Town Hall at the PAC at 10:30-12:00. I presumed there would be adequate servers. My table was ready at 12:00 as I requested. We were seated at 12:05. No one checked on us until 12:30. A Hyatt porter served our water. Our order was taken at 12:45. Our food arrived at 1:15. We ate and left at 2:00pm. Glad we were not in a hurry. Surely, Hyatt can plan better and communicate with PAC for crowds who want to dine at The Avery.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Seriously, what a disappointment. It took 20 minutes after being seated just to be greeted by our server. It took another 20 to get the cocktail and beer we ordered. After another 20 minutes, we flagged down our server to inquire about our food order because we had 10 minutes left before we had to leave for a show at the PAC next door. The food arrives and we have five minutes to shovel in a few bites before we have to run. The bacon and shrimp carbonara I ordered was clearly under a heat lamp for quite a while. It was dried out and bland. My husband’s chicken fried steak sandwich was also dry and meh. The onion rings were fine, like something they grabbed out of the freezer premade and fried. Same with the toasted ravioli which wasn’t our first choice. They were “out” of the tuna wonton tacos. But the server assured us the raviolis were better than the tacos anyway, so there’s that because they weren’t great. We won’t be back. Bad birthday experience.
