Located on the sands of Chatham Bars Inn’s beach, the Beach House is an indoor/outdoor open air restaurant that is the best spot on the Cape for fresh, local seafood and casual dining fare. The Beach House offers the classic sea side favorites, sunset clambakes, local craft beers, and specialty summer cocktails with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Lunch is served daily, first-come first-serve, and our dinner service offers walk-ins and reservations.

    This is a gorgeous spot with an amazing view of the cove and the water. But this year it seems like the Beach Grill is resting on its laurels and not churning out the delicious food it has in the past. Stay away from the cauliflower steak dish. It was described by my fellow diners as "awful." For $43, the scallops should be perfectly cooked, not rubber discs. The dish should also be more inventive than its current presentation -- placed in a smear of red pepper puree. Two standouts were the oysters (divine) and the truffle fries (divine). Go here for a glass of wine and some oysters. Stay away from sub par entrees.

    Very cute on the beach. Yummy appetizers and fresh sea food. Steak was awful and food in general was generally not great.

    Overall, the ambience was fantastic and our service was very good. We had a late reservation and then we were not seated until almost 30 minutes later. We were not pleased with the table they seated us at, even though there were obviously other choices that we could have had, and we requested to be moved, but told we had to stay at the selected table.

    My daughter and I had made reservations for dinner at The Beach House. They were very accommodating (changed our reservation to an early time). Beautiful setting, great service, amazing food! I will definitely go back.

    Have been to CBI Beachhouse Bar for drinks and apps many times and loved it! Labor Day Dinner last night however, was less than average ….. food over salted, cold, disinterested server, and hostesses distracted/unfriendly. This could have been bcs of staff changes around end of summer and Labor Day weekend, but we were disappointed. Bar service always friendly and efficient - we look forward to going back there next summer!
