   Brought my Mom here for Mother's day. LOVE the location, the food is not bad, but please realize it's a seafood restaurant so don't expect amazing food that isn't seafood. (I made that mistake myself lol) My waitress, Lauren, was AMAZING! She was attentive, speedy, and super nice. There was a long wait because they were overbooked and busy but she helped the vibes remain positive and we didn't feel like we were waiting too long anyways. Loved it and would def come back for their fish and chips!

   It was Mother's Day, so we knew there would be back-up... However, we were not greeted and waited 15-20 minutes before I was able to get the hostess' attention about or reservation, we weren't seated for another 30 or so minutes, and our food took 1.5 hrs... I do want to note, though, that the hostess was running around doing her best; I think there should've been a second hostess or something, and our waitress was phenomenal. Very kind and attentive. We ended up taking our food to-go since it was 8pm at that point and my 2 young kids needed to get home for bed.... We didn't leave until 8:45. I'd like to try the restaurant again sometime, and lesson was learned - never go out on Mothers Day!

   Reserved reservations for 5:45pm for my first Mother’s Day. Arrived a little early due to restaurant being an hour away from home and was told to check in at exactly 5:45. Then the time comes around and the host told me it was going to be another 15-20 minutes, so we waited. When we first sat down we were told there were no high chairs available and kitchen was backed up. I specifically wrote in the special accommodations that we needed a high chair, if they couldn’t accommodate a simple high chair then they shouldn’t have accepted the reservation. The entire table placed their drinks, appetizers and food orders all at once to make it easier for the server. Drinks took about 15 minutes to arrive to the table and were all watered down, and appetizers took about an hour. After we finished our apps we asked the server for an approximate time for our entrees and she said about another half hour or more. She was very apologetic and we knew it was not her fault. At this point it’s been over 2 hours of just waiting. Anyone with a child knows it’s impossible to sit in a restaurant for hours just waiting. We ended up asking for the check and leaving before our entrees even came out. We also asked to speak to a manager and was told he couldn’t come and speak to us because he was “too busy.” I’ve been a manager and anytime a customer wanted to speak to a manager I was always there no matter how busy I am. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible hostess, terrible restaurant, terrible experience.

   the worst experience . after seeing the hostess crying and trying to help her relax , we waited for an hour for 2 sodas and an order of Brussel sprouts . when we placed the order we put in for our main dinner to be done at the same time . it was 6pm when we ordered everything . mean while our amazing waitress was so distraught because we waited for so long and even the manager knew we had to leave by 8pm . after getting our appetizer (45 minutes to 1 hour later) we proceeded to watch tables be seated, eat ( and finish) . at 745 ( still with no food after 2 hours) I had to go find a manager who came over and expressed her apologies and assured that she would be back to take care of us . shortly afterwards our waitress came back with tears in her eyes and said " im so sorry that I even have to charge you this" . the manager didn't even have the decency to offer to comp any part of the bill and sent the waitress over to handle the situation. so mothers day for my wife and 10 yr old ( who were freezing cold) was ruined . we were charged $58 for 2 sodas , 2 sangrias and an order of burssule sprouts ... only to end up having to eat at raising Kane's fast food . before we left the manager was going to stand behind the bar and told another worker that was cleaning to " be careful because they are upset" ... the worker said " its ok im not scared of anyone" .... at no time did I raise my voice to anyone and showed the staff nothing but respect . I was utterly embarrassed . we have come to this restaurant for NUMEROUS occasions . this is totally unacceptable .... I hope our waitress and the poor hostess are ok because they did not deserve the chaos that was thrown at them due to poor management !

   Have gone dozens of times and beyond frustrated with the overbooking on Mother’s Day. 3 hours to wait for cold food. Servers working as hard as they could. If the kitchen doesn’t have the capacity to serve that many than expand the kitchen, not the amount of tables!

   We had to wait 30 mins after having a 5:15 reservation the steak was raw not cooked in the inside and extremely overpriced definitely not worth the money
