    We had an amazing dinner at bison! We chose the set menu they were running and upgraded a few of the dishes on it and it was all delicious. We were served by Chris at the bar who was awesome! He’s very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the menu. He made us a custom peanut butter whiskey espresso martini that was out of this world. Can’t wait to come back again.

    We had the bison tomahawk and it was absolutely delicious. Our server was super helpful and our food was was perfect. Would recommend!

    We had been told this was a very good restaurant so I was very disappointed with the beef short rib I was served. It was tough fatty and chewy. So much so, I could not eat it. At its price point I expected a tender, melt in the mouth cut of beef. The staff apologized and offered to make me another but I had no confidence in the dish so I declined. The service after that was poor and unattentive. When it came to paying the bill, there was no offer of compensation for what I experienced. I will not be recommending this restaurant.

    Bison Tartare was to die for - service was amazing and prices are reasonable considering the quality of food / service. 10/10 would recommend.

    We did the 3-course meal for $39. The food was exceptional from Appetizer to Main Course to Desser. Food 5/5 Ambiance- 5/5 Service-5/5 Drew, the server was very accommodating and friendly. He made us feel comfortable and welcome and he made sure we’re aware of what we’ve order. Kudos to drew! God bless!

    Our entire experience was absolutely wonderful. From our server being friendly, knowledgeable, and suggestive, to our great drinks and food was outstanding. We enjoyed the Chef’s Tasting Menu and everything was so well portioned and tasty. We will be back the next time we visit Banff and would highly recommend to future diners.
