The Black Grape - a new small plate restaurant located on Edinburgh's Royal Mile. Expect small plates, wine & good times in a stunning setting. This custom designed wine bar & restaurant is the ideal setting for intimate date night dining, drinks with friends or a quick snack as you people watch in the heart of the city. We had a nice meal here in December but with 2 Xmas Parties either side of our table, with 20 plus guest, we couldn’t hear ourselves think. Wasn’t the evening we had planned tbh, and our waiter was a bit forgetful - we asked for coffees, none arrived and we asked for another drink but it never arrived.
