   Our server Leo made up for all this place was lacking. The menu, food and temperature of the food was severely lacking. We will not be back. Leo covered as best anyone could for the lack of quality from the kitchen selection or execution. We will not be returning.

   I only wish the pianist was available throughout dinner and the dinner guest was also offered the Masquerade event as part of their dinner pack to improve the value of paying $145 per person for dinner.

   The restaurant was beautifully designed and decorated for the holidays. We loved the lobster and crab bisque. My scallops were delicious also. The crème brûlée was a little too custardy but good. Our waiter was excellent! Very professional, good pacing, and a friendly vibe.

   The food was delicious. We both had lobster and shrimp bisque and the sea bass with a creamy sauce and fried small cubed pieces of bacon as our main course and it was out of this world.

   Food was under seasoned, carrots were barely cooked, sugar on crème brûlée was burned. Service and ambience were great.

   The restaurant and hotel are beautiful. The service and food were not great. The filet was cooked a perfect medium but the carrots were overcooked and did not look appetizing. I ordered the French Wine Flight. The wines were excellent but they were served in white wine glasses instead of red wine glasses. I would expect a restaurant which serves the caliber of wine that they have on the menu to use the proper glassware. Most disappointing was the auctioning off of the food. I was with a party of four. When the food runner brought out the soup she asked “Who had the lobster bisque? Who had the French Onion?” Please learn to use seat numbers. Overall, not a good dining experience. If we stay at the Grand Bohemian again we will just eat in the bar. The service was much better there.

   Excellent restaurant. The food was great—lots to select from. Our waitress, Raquel did an outstanding job explaining the menu as well as provided superb customer service. I highly recommended this venue for all types of gatherings.

    Beautiful hotel and restaurant very classic. Our server was friendly! The food was ok. I understand it’s Christmas and the food is prepared ahead with the pre fix menu was blah. But we will always be back when it’s a regular menu. Thank you for having us!
