   Met friends for a birthday dinner on 2/23. My reservation was at 4 and due to a “hiccup” on the staff’s part, we had to wait for a table. We were seated at around 4:30. I had heard really good things about this restaurant and was really looking forward to a good time but unfortunately the service wasn’t great. The food was delicious but usually servers bring out courses together or don’t have large gaps of time in serving drinks and dishes. It’s a very popular and busy restaurant so maybe they’re short staffed. I’d like to give it another try and hope that the service will be better.

   It was just okay. Definitely not worth the $200+ we paid for really light in color pancakes, dry scrambled eggs… the staff was pretty nice, service was kind of slow but somehow the customer is limited to 90 minutes 🤔.

   Malachi Legal and Strategic Services Team enjoyed our lunch at The Breakfast Club. The food was very good. Service was great. We were served and back to work within an hour.

   Food was great! Service was extremely slow. They have a 90 minute limit so I would’ve expected service to be more timely. Took about 45-60 minutes to get our food.

   I waited an hour & still didn’t even any food or drinks. And my order was placed! I sat there & watched two couples who came 30 minutes or more after me, get food & drinks before me. That’s unacceptable! Then when I complained to the manager about it, she simply did not care to rectify the issue. She made excuses for the server. It was poor service under poor management!

   My first time here was a pretty good experience. The food is good. My only complaint would be the bathrooms not being clean but, outside of that this would’ve been five stars.

   My husband and I went here for Valentines dinner and it was delicious! My seafood grits had flavored, fresh seafood packed in every bite and his steak was cooked medium to perfection. My daiquiri drink was refreshing. Ohhhh and the caramel cake, yum! All recommended by our attentive waiter, Eyo. Thanks for the chill vibes and food! We will be back!

    I have been to The Breakfast Club several times but last night was by far the worst. Upon entering we were immediately told that once we sit down our 90 mins start. Ok! No problem except it too 30 mins just to get someone to come by ask what we wanted to drink. After 10 mins the drinks came back. Took another 30 mins to order food because every and I mean every waiter walked past the table and did not say a word. Someone caught me staring into space and finally asked has anyone come by to take your order? I said no and he said ok, let me find out who’s the waiter for this table. After another 15 mins another person asks if our orders have been taken. Again, I reply no and he says I’ll go ahead and take your order. By no the 90 mins is up but of course no says anything about that. I got a lil bothered with the lack of customer service especially when I look over and people have time to text on the phone but not take an order. I decided I was going to leave. As I grabbed my purse the person comes out with the food. Grits not thoroughly cooked. Tasted gritty. 3oxtails cut into pieces, salty, and overall not good. Steak so tough, eggs cold, seasoned potatoes hards as a rock. Staff person saw my dinner guest struggling to cut the steak and offered another knife. Overall, Im so disappointed. I wont return again. This was it for me.
