   The Broughton Bar / Restaurant is simply amazing in all aspects from ambiance, service and staff, through to the excellent food ! We dined just last night eat from the new updated menu and both had the spring chicken, to say it was amazing is an understatement, the chef is amazing. Service from the manager Josh was as always friendly, chatty and professional. We met a new assistant to Josh , Franz who told us about his past career in the industry and he also new his job well. Thank you for a most memorable anniversary dinner Robert & Margaret S

   Everything was delicious! A really special meal. The staff was kind and attentive, and even talked my soon-to-be chef nephew through one of the dish preparations. We're so glad we went there.

   A fantastic casual restaurant. A group of 3, we had mains and desserts. The venison and beef were cooked perfectly, you could tell all the ingredients are locally sourced / great quality. My mum commented that the ice cream is the best she’s ever had. Great service, nice casual setting. We’ll definitely be back.

    Best service I have had in a long time in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Burrata and n’duja starter was excellent, Sunday was roast was excellent, wine was very nice. Even the cauliflower cheese and sausages sides were delicious. The only thing I would say was that the dessert options were quite limited, I probably would have had something if there was anything I was really keen for but only a few options and nothing that really took my fancy.
