   We had to order 6 separate times because they were out of the first FIVE different things we ordered. When we finally were able to order something (a poutine with no meat because they were out of meat and a margarita pizza) the food took forever. The poutine was cold and the pizza was soggy so the cheese fell off and the crust was burnt. We asked for the bill and the server apologized and said she would get a manager…who never showed up because they were with a group of others at the bar drinking and hanging out. The server came by and apologized and said she would remind him but I just asked for the bill again because clearly he didn’t care enough to talk to us. We were there for about an hour and a half and had a terrible dinner to show for it. We only went for the Black Lagoon pop up. No issues with the server but she should get a better job!

   I had a lot of fun at the pop up Halloween bar. It felt closer to a Halloween menu with Halloween decorations, more than a pop up Halloween bar, but the drinks were interesting and the food was really good! I ordered the Margherita Pizza and it was probably the best I’ve had yet

   Our party came for the black lagoon pop up. The decor was really great and the cool concept cocktails were fun. We had an awesome server who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

   I went for the pop up Halloween bar . The decorations were excellent. I would have liked to have experienced maybe a trivia segment for a little prize and movies that were more traditional rather than recent ones . There was one playing that I was trying not to get distracted by as I haven’t seen it , but it was hard with the tv being right above .

   Not worth it in my opinion, overrated, food was expensive and didn’t taste good. Tofu bowl will burn your insides so spicy without warning and the mocktails were terrible. Check out the pictures online instead of heading all the way downtown and save yourself a 100 bucks

   Our meal was outstanding , loved the food and drinks . Only complaint I have is that our server changed and we weren’t informed because of that we had to wait quite long to get cutleries even though our food was on the table getting cold . And also server forgot my add ons for my pizza as well . Overall I would like to try their food again and hope for a better service next time .

   I was so excited to bring my friends the Halloween pop up-Black Lagoon. Upon entry, we were late to be seated. Our server was not friendly in the slightest. It took over 20 minutes for her to come back to the table to receive our drink order. The drinks were absolutely foul. My friends' drink tasted as if it was straight alcohol, rather than a cocktail and mine tasted like a tablespoon of cinnamon was thrown on the top. When my friend inquired about ordering food, the server rudely pointed to the QR code on the table instead of suggesting where to find it, or what was good to order. To make matters worse, she never came back to the table, we waited another 20 minutes, and I finally got up and ended paying at the bar. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years and from the beginning to the end, it was awful. The lack of hospitality was brutal.

   The tiki pop up was terrible. It felt like a cash grab. Tiki drink menu was very small, boring and a rip off. My “tiki” drink was literally an old Fashion”. Our Poor server was frantic and overworked, To call it a tiki pop up is offensive. A member in my party wanted to purchase a tiki mug but was told to come back after the 1st of November. Why to purchase a used tiki mug? Very disappointed

    The waitress slow our orders down without even telling us. The manager got involved. He took a drink off the bill. The glass was cracked. He also discounted the rest of the bill by almost half. He should have compt the entire bill as it could have ruined our entire evening. We Uber into the city to watch the Stones and have a great evening. I would not recommend this pub to anyone. Extremely disappointed that at the age of 59 we are still treated poorly.
