Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Artild Topi aka Art was a fantastic sever, outgoing , polite , charismatic and knowledgeable. One of the best that my wife and friends ever had. I highly recommend.

    The only big steakhouse that actually gets the “done-ness” right - most undercook their steaks. My medium NY Strip had a warm pink (not red) center and was delicious. Everyone else thought their food was terrific. Our server was attentive and very helpful in coordinating a special birthday celebration at the table . The appetizers, salads, cocktails and wine and dessert were all excellent and fairly priced. We had a great time and enjoyed the evening very much.

    We were celebrating our anniversary and the food was wonderful as usual. Our server Art was great and made our anniversary celebration very special.

    Outstanding food, service and ambiance. They recognized our anniversary by decorating our table, giving us a handwritten card and a complimentary champagne toast. Our table overlooked a window into the prep kitchen. It was so much fun to watch. Truly memorable experience.
