Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Everything was wonderful, from hostesses to the end of the meal, it was all fantastic! I don’t know if I have had anything that tastes bad here. You really can’t go wrong. I love the high end service too.

Food was great. The old fashions were well-made, but overall the bar is overpriced. I paid $28 for a glass of wine that’s normally $20 elsewhere. Service was a bit slow, as we finished dinner and were never asked if we wanted another round of drinks as we sat and talked for nearly an hour before the check came. We found that a bit odd. It’s a great place and we’ll be back but could be fine-tuned a bit.

Nice relaxing lunch with friends. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Waitress was very accommodating and kept checking on us. Birthday treat was lovely!

We recently dined here on Thanksgiving and had a wonderful visit. We started with a Cold Shellfish Platter and it was rightsized for 2 people. The lobster and crab claws were excellent, but we didn't care for the oysters. The Dirty Goose martinis were fantastic and our sever Mark recommended a great wine to pair with our steaks. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were just the right accompaniments and we were happy to have leftovers. For dessert the creme brule and coconut creme pie were the perfect way to end our meal. Everything from the waitstaff to the support staff was great and we will definitely visit again.
